RhoRho I hope you have a lovely extra couple hours in bed, you deserve it after the lack of sleep you've had recently :) I didn't make the boot camp, spinning ran long and I hate joining a class once it's already going :( ya know?

I feel like I'm not as worn out after my spin class as I used to. Obviously I'm a little bit fitter, but I worry a tiny bit because I used to feel completely smashed after the spin and even though I give it my all during the class by using higher resistance and keeping my heartrate jumping I just don't feel as worn out after. I am not sure if this is a good thing, or a bad thing. Either way I feel like I need to do more, so my PLAN is to go back to the gym in a bit and weight lift, since I didn't yesterday, and/or use the elliptical for a while. I hope that my weight is 163 by tomorrow. I'm praying in fact. I will feel so EXHILARATED! Please, please, please Ms. Scale, be nice to me...

I still feel all messed up...I tried to get some sleep but couldn't...I guess the thought of sleeping at 4pm doesn't appeal to me :)

I think it's a great thing that you're not as worn out after spinning. Surely that means your body's getting used to the amount of exercise involved in spinning.. If it's bothering you I'd say you should ask your trainer (whoever's taking your class) and ask if that's normal and how you can make things more difficult..

I sincerely hope the scale cooperates tomorrow, but if it doesn't, I'm sure you won't be disappointed and you'll be confident in your forward strides towards your target.

Hey there! Sounds like you did awesome in your spin class...and yea, it feels great when something that used to be hard starts feeling a little "too easy"! You're lucky to have the "pear shape"...lots and lots and guys find that so sexy for some reason (I say with a tinge of envy cause I am the definition of an apple shape...every couple of extra pounds goes right to my belly and people start asking me when I'm "due").

And I'm dead serious about the pear shape and guys thing...(not just being "internet nice":) ) I know an Italian girl who has a normal size bust, normal to slightly small waist and huge, round butt/hips/thighs. Sooo outa proportion that I don't know how she finds pants that fit...and lord knows she wears them tight enough! But whenever she is around I watch men/boys/any animal of the male species practically just drool:drooling: and get stupid...old, young, black, white, latino, asian and whatever's in between...IsI mean she strolls casually through the room and you just hear necks snap and watch eyes glaze over. And whenever this happens the inner bitch in me thinks "but...but...but...she's not even pretty!":rotflmao: So, heck girl, tighten it, define it --- but don't worrry 'bout that healthy butt!:rotflmao: ....and pretty pretty please eat something "green"

And thick thighs and a butt are very sexy.

I think the fact that your spin class is getting easier is a function of you getting more fit. Your cardio system can get fit very quickly. That is great!

Couldja send me some of your enthusiasm please??

So I haven’t slept yet, I CAN’T. I have an atrocious headache and I feel ill. Super lousy. I’ve been trying to read this boring book but unfortunately has turned out to be interesting, and so I’m just…eh. I’m awfully whiny. I’m going to try to sleep since it’s already freakin 7 in the morning. But my head…gah! Have a nice day everyone I’m going to put the computer away for a while. Or try to!

Edit: I'm not working out today, and I'm not eating much today either. I know this is terrible but I simply do not feel like eating and I feel sick so I am going to get better by sleeping. ;o)

Sowwy you feel bad... It's one of those lousy days.. Get yourself loads of rest..you'll eat when you're ready - your body will tell you to.

Well I slept a long time, and the worst part about that is the crazy dreams I had. Ugh! Too real for me to handle. Kind of like my body saying, 'See, don't you want to wake up? I'll keep torturing you with this dream unless you wake up!' So I woke up and I'M STARVING! Like a monster. So I'm going shopping and then I have a spinning class in a couple hours.

-Breakfast: 1 WW English Muffin/1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter- 200 calories/10 grams protein
-Snack: 2 Apples/2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter- 350 calories/9 grams protein
-Lunch: Turkey Burger/1 Tbsp. Mustard- 160 calories/19 grams protein
-Snack: 0.75 Cup Blackberries/0.75 Cup Raspberries/1.5 Cup Light Soy Milk/1.5 Scoops Whey Protein Powder/2 Tsp. Benefiber- 400 calories/46 grams protein
-Dinner: Steamed Brussel Sprouts- 100 calories/8 grams protein Who knew they're actually good? :D AND GREEN!
-Snack: 1 Cup Cherries- 52 calories/1 gram protein

-Total Cals: 1262 calories
-Protein: 93 grams

Curvie Girlie That sounds like fun! I actually called up my girlfriend a few days ago because I'm in need of drinks as well, I don't know if I'll feel better after it or not though!

RhoRho Thanks! I felt 10x better after working out today. I have the energy to go grocery shopping and clean my apartment now, which needs it desperately hahaha.

So I did my spinning class and the elliptical tonight. I feel great though. I am COMPLETELY out of food so I must go shopping in a few minutes and I think I'm going to use my free weights tonight. My legs feel so heavy that I want my arms to feel just as sore tomorrow morning. When my muscles are sore I have a fantastic day because I know that I worked out well the day before. Have a great night everyone.
