Wow, could you imagine how much easier losing weight would be if you won lotto? You could have a staff of people making sure you're doing everything correctly- chef, nutritionist, trainer... you could have a home gym in your new mansion too lol. I'd get skinny from all the cardio I'd be getting while out shopping
In reality though if I did win I'd drop everything and spend a year travelling. *sigh* That would be amazing.
Well I was incredibly good yesterday, stuck to my plan 100% foodwise... didn't do yoga though. Got home from work feeling particularly exhausted and made dinner (eeee, the curry was a LOT spicier than last time... good for me, but when hubby tried it I thought I'd killed him) then we just crashed on the couch. We were both so tired we didn't even talk, just watched tv. I had to send him to bed at like 8pm because he kept falling asleep and snoring really loudly lol. We are going to watch a movie tonight, he really wants to see Book of Eli so I agreed... have no idea what it's about or anything but hey, I don't mind. I have Sunday and Monday off too, so
He has tomorrow off so might drag him kicking and screaming around the river in the morning... Monday I might finish baking (I couldn't the other day- ran out of room in the freezer!!) O how boring my life sounds
Todays plan:
Food
Breakfast: 2 pieces wholemeal grain toast, 2 eggs, 3 chicken chipolatas
Snack: Banana, serve of sesame and poppyseed crackers (these are yum! taste like salted peanuts in a weird kind of way!)
Lunch: Wholemeal grain sandwich with cheese, tomato, 1 cup spinach
Snack: 1/4 rockmelon, homemade banana choc chip muffin (used the same recipe I did last time, but with bananas and minus the almonds... they are sooo nice)
Dinner: Prawn curry with basmati rice
Exercise
1hr walk, 10min jog (decided to start counting my gym warmup), 30min gym with trainer
Have a great weekend everyone!!!

Tripped me right out. Oh and now I feel like I actually had the best night sleep EVER when I so totally didn't. So it recommends to do it 3 days in a row and then when needed, so will do it tomorrow and the next day... don't know if it'll help with overeating, but it makes me feel really rejuvenated so that's a big fat plus in my book!
