Wow Wow Wow!!! you look incredible I mean if I just saw the after picture I'd think you look really really great but in comparison to the before picture it just blows me away!! I mean look at your long slender neck and your collar bones and your arms and you are wearing cute little shorts the list could go on and on!

ASo its full fledged football season...and school is starting on Monday...and my dads mega big retirement party is this weekend.....so if I am sporadic for awhile...its just a time thing...and I do read up when I get a chance on my phone...but its a pain in the ass to comment....so keep on keep on crew and I will post as soon as i get a moment to breath :) HUGS TO ALL!! xoxoxox
 
AWhat a crazy crazy few days and its only going to get worse........time wise!!

First day of school tomorrow....wow junior (11th) and a sophomore (10th)!! I remember my baby's starting kindergarten!! wow ...I feel old.

So we had my dad's retirement party yesterday and I ate and ate and ate!! It was crazy...only 200 of his closest friends and family...haha. He enjoyed himself so much...so it was worth all the work and time!!

Also this week was my company picnic and guess what ...I ate and ate...and drank a bit...first time since New Years!!

So I hope everyone is doing great and I hope for me personally that after the first week and we adjust to the school schedule again that I will have more time for me!!! :)

AHi all...just checking in....first week back at school for the boys and still no routine set....I hate it...makes me hungry and grumpy :'(

Up two pounds...really need to get movin!!! So tired and lazy an more!!!

I was tempted in high school to try out for football, as I thought it would help me lose weight and possibly attract a girlfriend, but I never pursued it :( Eh, oh well.


Eh, 2 pounds is nothing! You'll get that off in no time, of course

Well hello my forum family! It feels weird to come back after such a long break....no real excuses about why...I just didn't want to deal with weight loss any more...yeah I know..and guess what came of that!! 15 pounds! I know it could be worse...but I am so depressed about the 15 pounds I have gained that it makes me want to be lazy and eat more. I swore I would never see the 170's ever again in my life and here I am January 1st and I am 174 pounds! I hate it and I hate me for being lazy. I know I haven't been the most supportive forum friend in the last 6 months...but I hope you all still love me and missed me a bit!

So here is to a new year and a new beginning!!
 
3 miles isn't half bad, and it's a very good (re)start, so don't you feel bad about it being hard.
