-Angelwings: Ya the camera was $300, but I like it. As for tanning I don't tan at all I burn like no tomorrow I hate it. I found what does help me is exposing my skin to the sun in increments of usually an hour or so every day, but last time I did that was when I was skinny at like the age of 14! I am a pale bastard.

Well I had a lot of calories, but I don't think I worked it all off because all I was doing was cleaning the house because the kids were coming back today >.<. Not sure how much I burned, but I think it was a bust day. well there's always tomorrow.

Hey, havn't wrote anything down for diets in a while, BUT it isnt because I didn't want too. I was at my brothers apartment for three days.

So I will write what I can remember.

Meal Plan 07-29-10:

1 slice of pizza (the smallest one)= 250cal???
fajita and french fries. (no salt)= 1000 cal

Hey, I went to the store yesterday and bought a scale to measure myself, because the old one is kind of clumsy. Not much is going on here. I am just lounging around the house dropping off resumes every once in a while.

Anyways heres what I ate for July-30-10

Milk 2% 50cal
1 can of sardines: 160cal
5 tea biscuits: 100cal
3 corn on the cob: 231cal
Butter: 101cal

Kind of underate yesterday, but I never noticed I was hungry. Thought I would be in the 900-1200 range. guess not.
 
Hey hey hey, It is now August-1-10 and I my current weight is 209 :party:

I am happy to say I am glad I started this diary I think it is the key to my success, instead of blindly guessing if I have eaten too much I actually have a log of what I ate. Just wanted to say as well thanks for the support it helps.

Hey, I had one hell of a weird day. bought 3 couches a computer desk. Ran around a lake twice trying to overlap the family running about 4 kilometers uphill and downhill. and then ate a big plate of poutine. SO I am not really sure if I busted or not, but here is the meal plan what I can measure

I don't know what it is I keep busting lately. I need to get myself back on track. About to hop off and do a shit load of exercise so lets how it goes. I gained some weight which is a bummer. but its only 2.0 pounds I just need to work harder not to control myself. Anyways see ya.

hey. i haven't read all of your diary... just the first and last pages. noticed you said you busted a couple times on your eating. is this happening a lot? have you tried a "cheat meal" or cheat day? might help keep you motivated, and then you can look forward to that one cheat day per week, or whatever. i haven't tried it, but it makes sense to me. i may go for the cheat weekend.. :p

Hey katie, ya I tried the cheat days they don't seem to work for me. I find if I do a small cheat I mess up. I think as far as cheating goes I think I am going to stick with them, BUT I need to 1. include it into my diet. and 2. still not go over.

Gave it a shot today all those pizza are healthy they were made on brown bread all vegetables, light spaghetti sauce, and a small amount of salami with light layer of cheese.

The third one is thin crust pizza with vegetables and pepperoni. Orignally I wasnt going to go near the stuff, but my little brother was bummed out because he got left behind when my dad went out for pizza with my little sisters. and I am going to work that off today by doing some exercise push up pull ups sit up and anything else with the word up. :)

I went way underneath calorie count need to balance it. I will make sure to do it today. Incase any of you are asking where the missing days went. I couldnt really count them since I have been doing some all nighters. I will be back on track today. Took a look at my motivation pics :)

well I am proud to say today eating went perfect.

QUESTION: my jar of vlassic pickles says there is no calories in these huge pickles that are roughly 3''x1"x1" on average. That cant be right so I put 100 cal thing that is about right?

O.K so here is the deal, I smacked myself in the head today and decided to motivate myself and get back on track. How? by writing in this sissy diary will be one part of my trip to lose 35lbs (at least).

Why? because I woke up today and didn't want to go grab a pack of smokes because I didn't have any clothes I thought I looked good enough in. So I am a little pissed for letting my weight get into my life.

*See cigarettes can cause good in this world*

I am currently coming up with the new plan so far I have started this diary which I plan to use for my what I am eating every day. and I have been on the right track today by drinking 4 liters of water and counting, not overeating anything and (well still haven't done any exercises Oops) I will also update with my workout plan once I organize the entire thing for now I am looking for my new Diet, My camera (to take before and after photos), my exercise schedule, my motivation and my dedication. Wish me luck.

har har har Pickles apparently don't have enough calories for the FDA to put it on their label, but they have tons of sodium. Mmm Pickles. I've got to get some of those.

How are you progressing, its been a few days thought I'd check up with the ginger.
 
Hey, angel thanks for dropping by. The changes are small, and I sort of got offtrack for a week. But I have put myself back on schedule and am doing pretty good I have a couple new goals.

New Goals:
  • Lose more weight than my sister who is also dieting
    • Going back to school, so I want to look good
    • There is a girl I want to ask out

Hey, been a while since i posted which I credit to my lack of dieting lately. Dad's girlfriend has been visiting a lot which has led me to making odd meals I would normally never make that are high and rich in fats and salt. SO I am starting from scratch again. My weight is still 210 which is good I haven't gained or lost weight, but its not where I want to be. So I am stepping up my effort I am going to make my meal after this short entry and surf some success stories and review my diet. I still feel pretty good since I started at 223.

going to check Angelwings entries and see what the damage in our race is so far I have alot of catching up to do!

So to show I am not out of the game I going to list my changes right now.
  • Dump the sunflower seeds that are high in sodium. bought a big bag to cut down on smoking.
  • Post as often as I can (I think this is a key to why Ive been falling off my diet)
  • Start preparing my meals every day (will be a challange, but I feel like I can commit to it)
  • Start exercising! This is a big one and ill elaborate on it below


I think Ive gone as far as I can with the no exercise all diet plan. If I am going to do this I need to do as *Dobner* suggested which is every once in a while I need to change one habit. This month it is exercise. I have been slacking and haven't given this diet a 100% effort. I started strong and weened off a bit so no more. Time for some tough love :)

As of tomorrow since I reached my calorie limit today of 1000 I am giving it my all.

Dieting~Because i'm worth it lol.

Heya, so its too soon to say this is a habit, but I am back on track for now and still feel strong I want to get my weight down to 190 that is my goal.

as for exercise went on a 1/2 an hour walk and was cooking and cleaning all day. I wish I could start jogging, but I find it so boring. I love running, but only if there is a goal involved like in sports. Been playing ultimate Frisbee when the family is up for it. Once I get a job I will be playing paintball a lot more often and that will help in my diet.

This is the second day planning my meals. I will post them the next day in case there are any modifications.

not very adventurous with my meals I know, but we have left overs lol and the rest of the food in my house at the moment is full of sodium and empty calories. Family bought chips >.< not even going to have any because I know it will lead to more than one chip.

I am super stoked I have 4 interveiws lined up for work, fitness club is opening down 4 blocks down the road from me, I have tickets to Billy Connolly show in NOV and dad talking about moving to Europe and leaving me the house to live in for free! WOOT WOOT WOOT!:willy_nilly:
