WARNING 
EXERCISE CAUTION!
Hello everyone, I haven't been very active lately with my diary, but I am still making tremendous progress in the aspect of changing my lifestyle. I have even had a wonderful epiphany that so far has stuck true and so far changed my life for the better.
In a nutshell what happened was I was having a herbal smoke one day and like a great angel descending from the sky it became clear I said to myself "F*** this." I got up and decided to start living, moving my life forward. Since the last update I have chosen a academic career, lost 7 more pounds (down to 205, controlled my eating habits, been a better person in general, and among other things I have been more true to myself and this has treated me well so far. I feel more attractive as an individual and for the first time in a long time I feel like i added that missing hole in my life. The list of positive changes is too numerous to name.
So long story short I feel more like this;
with a little touch of
