didn't do My diet yesterday it was pretty much the same no real changes. haven't been exercising much, but then again im not taking in many calories.
Todays Meal plan:

1 can of sardines= 140 cal
34 rassberries=34 callories
2'' piece of cheese= 180 cal (just a guess)
1/2 box kraft macaroni 112g= 480 cal
2 handfuls of salad= 250 cal (just a guess)

Going to do my exercise today since I went to over 1000 cal.
 
That sounds like a great goal!
I've though about a tattoo, but im still a little hesitant about it. I'll see when I get there. I'll probably get my belly button pierced though!

And I think rice is fine in moderation, especially with some chicken or stir fry! Yum!
 
Hey, thanks for visiting the journal it helps to know that I'm not typing in this thing for nothing. Today has been a good day I got a check from the government on my taxes. Was only $1,000, but hey that's a lot of money for me at the moment.

I watched the movie predator #... something. I was dragged against my will, but it turned out be an O.K movie. Normally I don't go for Hollywood films because in general they focus on effects and cheap thrills more than story and common sense. But it was either that or Knight and day and I refuse to watch that movie.

Meal plan kind of got messed up I was at my brothers for half the day and he isn't big on healthy food so this meal plan is going to look terrible. Not even sure how I am going to measure it. so I'll use imaginary units of measurements.

2 pizza pops=520 cal
1 bowl of spaghetti=380
1 handful of salad= 60 cal
7 rassberries=8 cal (ya I actually counted them, and isnt that a little sad)
*Guessed the spag. and salad cal*

Mrs.John Mayer- Jeff is right they are absolutely delicious food and so easy to make its basically a thick, soft, pizza dough shell filled with Heaven. They are so mouth watering and good, but not too healthy. but that's nothing compared to poutine, which I have a craving for right now >.<

Jeff91- Hey, thanks for that info I think you are right. It may sound silly, but I think I am losing weight too fast and not getting enough exercise. I dont want my body to lose weight because it is in starvation mode just to get it back when I decide to have a week of good food. So I guess I need to eat more food. Even though I always have food in-front of me Ive been eating so slow that I was never hungry.

The thing is I hate jogging/walking around unless I have a destination or something to do i get bored. I do like weight training and I use my body as the resistance. I am also trying to get a job, but no luck so far :(

I am going to try increase my calories to 1000 a day and I need to get myself into weight lifting again. There is some good news I found out yesterday. There is a big fitness gym opening about 5 blocks from my house.

As for the weight loss. It I am not sure how it is going I was dieting for 2 days before, but I started this Journal July 5, 2010-July. I have been dieting for 12 days total.

July 3, 2010- weight:220
July 14, 2010- Weight: 214

Is that too much weight to lose in that amount of time given the circumstances that am barley exercising?
 
No, because your calorie intake is so low!!! There are 3500 calories in a pound, and you're ending your days in significantly negative calories, which means you're shedding 3500 calories every few days. If you do start exercising, you're going to need to up the amount of calories you're consuming big time! I try to eat around 1500 calories every day.
 
Mrs. John Mayer:So I have been aiming way too low. O.K today I will aim for 1,300 calories and I will get back to you with the results. I want this to be a healthy change to my lifestyle permently not a starvation mode where my body is going to store fat and eat muscle.

I have some of that leftover Spaghetti from last night and I am on my last can of sardines. Hope my body isn't grabbing onto fat right now and eating muscles. now I'm all worried now thanks guys and gals lol.

1 3/4 rice krispies: 110 cal (kind of an empty calorie though)
3/4 milk: 98cal
1 pizza pop: 240 cal
23 rassberries 24 cal
1 cup of boiled spag 300 cal (no dressing)
3 boiled white eggs 234

Man getting this up to 1000 is actually hard now. need to eat something, but its past 10pm and I hear your metabolism slows down then >.<

Hey guys, I was a little lazy to post yesterday had a lot of things going on. I am happy to say I have gotten my calories up a bit and did a crazy amount of exercise.

got my hair cut today and if no one else is going to say it I will. God damn I look sexy with that haircut. I still cant find that camera, but I am thinking of buying another one for when I travel some more. Also going to put some money aside for my tattoo not much maybe $150 for now.

Meal plan for today:

cucumber 7''= not a clue 50 maybe?
one jr. cheeseburger Wendy's= 310
3/4 cup of spaghetti= 225
2''x3''x5'' slice of chicken= 300 just a guess
jack daniels BBQ sauce= 110 that chicken was drenched

hey, nothing new is happening at the moment. I weighed myself and I weight 212! So I am happy I have a ways to go though. entire family is gone for the week woot!!. NO SHIRT, NO PANTS!!!

6 chicken strip= 600cal
2 bowls of salad= 250cal
3tsp dressing= 135cal
Milk 2/4= 30cal

Lozza- Hey, thanks for dropping by and the grats. I am seeing results after two weeks and I am happy with them. Water helps me so much for losing the weight I havnt had a severe food craving since.

Hello everyone. I forgot to post my meal plan for yesterday. I wrote it all out and everything and forgot to post it >.< Anyways today is a new day and so here is the meal plan and ya it does look pretty crappy, but keep two things in mind.

1. It was spaced out in time I didn't eat all this at once.
2. I :beating: tacos, and yes, if I could I would marry it.

Meal Plan:

3/4 cup of frootloops= 160 cal
4 tacos= 1200cal

Also just came back from an hour and a half bike ride through the night. It was fun I love doing that so I think I have burned off whatever extra calories I've eaten.

Hey, well some good news and some bad news. First the bad, I crashed on my diet yesterday and ate about 20 chicken wings! Before bed, and had about 10 beers. Otherwise the diet was fine. For your sick twisted enjoyment I'll list what I ate that day.

Meal Plan July 24-10:

3/4 cup of cereal+milk= 180cal
1 can of sardines= 150cal
3'' block of cheese= 210cal???
THEN WE GO BOWLING!!!!
20 chicken WINGS!= 2200cal
1 dill dipping sauce= 162cal
10 beers= 3000

A ginger! Thats some flaming hair in your family picture! I'm one out of 7 with the exception of my Dad. Have you ever found people mistake you for other people? Its so bad with me that I took up saying "No, I'm not related to her, but don't worry, all redheads look alike" Then people get speechless and don't know what to say (They obviously know its true)

Anyways. Welcome here, sounds like you're off to a good start, not that I'd know, I'm kind of writing the FAIL journal so far lol.
 
Angelwings- Hey, thanks for dropping by. I thought your reply was hilarious I do notice people think I am someone else once in a while. And when I was in 7th grade I met a kid that looked a lot like me in the same grade.I also ended up getting in a fight with that kid because he was bullying 3rd graders. In the end he changed schools and I never saw him again. It is kind of creepy O.O

I also followed you advice angelwings and I "found the damn camera." By "find" I mean I went out an "bought" another camera. so pics soon to follow.

Hello everyone, like I said above I bought a new camera and wanted to show it off...the camera I mean. I don't know how I got in there, half naked... I swear I don't. :icon_bs:

So here they are for better or for worse. I have saved them on the computer as a motivation. the pics with the oversized jeans on are the jeans I wore to that Christmas Photo I uploaded. So it is a nice motivation I am glad I did this.

P.s. Do you EVER tan? I think its one of the woes of having the red hair, I'm so white I feel like a reflector. Although I've gained alot of freckles this year and a redish hue, which I can't tell is a tan or a sunburn.


I always feel strange when I meet a redhead like I'm looking in the mirror or something or I found a secret twin thats part of a dark and hidden past. lol.


I really should post some more pics, but I don't think I've changed a whole lot. Grrrrr....
