AJOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! Argggghhh, so happy to see you and your cute bump on here

Ooooh wow, hypnobirthing sounds brilliant. Why didn't I think of that? I think that when you are giving birth a lot of the problem is in your mind, you feel all panicky and out of control like your on a train that you want to get off of, but it won't stop. I think if your state of mind is calm and relaxed then the whole experience would be a lot easier. Don't be hard on yourself if you decide you want pain relief though.
I'm sure your getting your 5 a day, so don't sweat the odd brownie.
Ah hiccups! That's so cute! Glad you can feel the movement properly now despite your front placed placenta.
I reckon that if you went to see a phychologist they would tell you exactly the same as a nutritionist- Exactly what you know already! I think your well balanced
Ps. I am still dying to know if its a boy or a girl!
Pss. Your boobs have got BIG!!!!
Psss. Jumpin' on the next plane for your baby shower

Probably the Maccas has you retaining fluid as it's fairly salty I think. The relaxing more sounds like an excellent plan sweets!
