AWhat a day... have to point-form it ... so tired...
8-11am - writing
11-12 - frantic cleaning
12-4.30 - The big annual river swim! It was incredible!
5 - 10 - my cafe's 3rd birthday party - fantastic live music and chilling out in the summer afternoon sun
10 - 1 - my friend's hen's night... tough with no drinking.
... now ... it's nearly 2am and I'm on here...
FOOOOOOOOOOOOOD
- Porridge cooked in milk with dried cranberries
- skim decaf coffee
- scoop lemon sorbet
- 1/2 grilled bratwurst with a slice of rye bread
- 2 slices multigrain bread, 3 sundried tomatoes, 5 olives,
- didn't actually want dinner... options were the antipasto plate, nachos or pizza... but I thought that if I didn't have any dinner, my food today would be way way too few calories and I have to try to be better about that. So went for the best option.
BEDDDD TIIIME....

Ijustwannabefit - thanks for the message

hehe. Yeah, it certainly is nice to have a lake view! I think it'd be a bit disconcerting with possible hundreds of people getting a view of god knows! haha.
Tetem - you are SO right! It is amazing what an incredible up and down each week is. And that, yes, this forum really makes it so much more obvious! A bit embarrassingly so, sometimes! Well I didn't quite lost a kilo, but I did lose 700g this morning, so I'm not so bummed anymre. It's still a gain though, boo. But I did have cheesecake...
Rainbow - Yep, that is defintiely what happens! I think that I spent so long just thinking and churning everything around and around in my brain... it just had to wait to get all sorted out. Which happened the next day! And fresh apricots are yummy! Well at least that one was! It'd be yummier with custard and puff pastry though...
Kate - ha you are pretty much spot on. I sit up the back of my favourite cafe at the little green table in the corner, in an old wooden chair with a red cushioned seat. There is a fireplace to the side of me and a bit cup of coffee in front of me

It depends on the day... the actual writing, as in the drafting, I do on my laptop, but I always have my notepad there. My notepad has all my planning, storyboards, character charts, imagery, etc. Sometimes I end up writing in my notebook, but I'm trying to spend 95% of my time properly writing on my laptop at the moment.
