Weight-Loss Lose 30 lbs in 2018!!!

145.6 lbs. going down slowly. I hope I’m less than 145 tomorrow.
 
144.4 lbs

Today I walked for an hour. I skipped breakfast and had a salad for lunch. Dinner is going to be bok choy.

Hopefully I’m 143 lbs tomorrow.
 
144.0 lbs. Coming down slowly. But I am not binging or purging. Just eating vegetables. Today I had butternut squash. Dinner is going to be a salad with some balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
 
I'm at 198.8 lbs. The last 4 weeks I've been 203, 199, 196 and 200 and I track my weight loss on a 4-week cycle (because I always gain on the week after my monthly-visitor) so tonight at my weigh-in I will see if I lost or plateaued. 197 is the number I'm looking for this week. 198 to 200 I would consider a plateau. 201 or higher would be a gain.

I did okay with my nutrition but definitely have not done my exercises consistantly. I definitely need to step up my game. Tonight I shall see.
 
195.8 was my weight on Wednesday so that means a good loss across 4 weeks.

8 pounds till I reach a 50-pound loss!
33.8 pounds till I reach my goal weight of 162 pounds!
 
I am new to this website...hopefully it's okay to join this late in the game!
Current weight is 150.2 and goal weight is 130.
 
143.6 lbs. I know this is mainly water weight but I am at least able to move easier than before. Trying to walk between 1-3 miles each day (outside if I can but if not then the treadmill), drinking a lot of water, and cutting out carbs where I can.
 
Well up at 146.6 lbs. lost 5.5 lbs recently and want to get back on track and end the year below 140 lbs.
 
1 Jan 2018 -- 227 lbs, BMI = 31.8
~15 Aug 2018 -- 225 lbs -- quit sugar, started intermittent fasting.
25 Dec 2018 -- 178 lbs, BMI = 24.8
