168 this morning, with a 15.7% on the BF monitor. Sort of a good news bad news thing.

Had one of Lucy's "perfect days" yesterday in that everything was tracked, ate nothing I shouldn't have and got all my exercise in. So if I just stack a bnuch of those in a row, the weight and body fat will take care of itself.

A fly got in here and he won't sit still long enough so I can whack him...
 
He did not, but I got the last laugh. At 2:39 pm the medical examiner had some bad news for him. The weekly sale papers came in handy for once.

Meanwhile, my ballclub has half an inning to make this thing competitive or else I'm freeing up my evening for more productive pursuits.
 
Okay 166.5 this morning, which matches the low from last week. 16.0% on the monitor which does not. We'll get to see how legit the monitor readings are soon though, as I go lift right after I'm done posting this. This is my third attempt at a particular weight target on the bench. If I make it (or come close), well I can't have lost much muscle. If it completely stymies me, well then I have.

Going to my first regular season baseball game tonight as the Diamondbacks are playing the Cubs tonight. My friends wanted to go, so I'm going to go.

Good news/incorrect bf measurement? Hope you manage the weight target. If you don't then it's only a matter of time. Have a great night at the game!

Careful now. :D As it turns out, it was probably the most exciting D'Backs game of the year, and certainly one of the longest at four hours and 27 minutes with the game finally ending in the 13th inning.

166.5 again this morning but this time 15.1% on the body fat monitor. Good news except apparently Q has uncovered that 30% should be the target BF% for all men. Who knew?

There were some other little weight loss avatar programs that we messed around with back in the day, maybe I should go look some of those up.

My friend has informed me that I'm too thin and that he believes I have an eating disorder. This was also after the game and I was his designated driver so he was pretty lit up.

Got my sprint intervals in this morning and now have the rest of the day cleared for work and groceries and chores. Probably heading over to the parents tomorrow for some sort of Memorial Day type barbecue. Weather has been truly spectacular lately. This is the latest I can remember the big heat staying away. It is coming soon though, there's no escaping it. Gonna take advantage of the nice stuff for as long as I can.
 
4 and a half hours of baseball! Sounds like torture to me! ;)
It's a great feeling to have your workout done in the morning and then have the whole rest of the day to do as you please (or do what you need to get done)

Today is my day off from workouts, though I'll probably go for a longish walk since the weather's so nice.

Tracking my weigh ins are going to be important here is if it drops more the next few days, I'll probably increase my calories slightly. At this stage I don't want to be too much more than a pound loss a week. The goal is to lose fat and to do that I have to be a bit more modest in my weight loss goals.

Going to go workout, watch an early morning baseball game and then head to the parents.
 
Congrats on another new low! I think it's smart of you to consider how different rates of weight loss are appropriate at different points in time. I think a lot of people don't stop to think about it like that and tend to get very frustrated when they drop to lower weights.
