Looking to lose an extra human I apparently picked up along the way

Jeeze... would you break the barrier already!? I keep hoping today will be the day. I'm guessing you're due for a decent drop in the near future? Hopefully tomorrow...

Glad your ankle's continuing to improve. Hopefully next week you'll be back at 100%.

Weigh in this morning of 200 pounds. Well at least I'm not gaining. Had pasta for dinner last night, so it's possible I have an excess of fluid.

Anyhow, normally I've been taking one day off a week from working out. But I think it would be reasonable to go with two off days this week, so I probably won't work out today as I'm quite busy with work.

During a break in my cardio yesterday, I went to the court and shot a few free throws. Then actually took about five or six jump shots. No real problems but nothing I want to push at this point. I might start shooting around next Wednesday or so.

The mountain hiking thing is more of an issue. Because with that not only is there the issue of re-injuring myself, but also the added problem of the element of DANGER should I not have a stable base. Hiking season likely is over by the end of April. Hopefully I can get a month in before then.

Busy weekend. Last three weigh-ins: 201.5, 200, 200.5. This is an extremely inconvenient location for a plateau.

A lot of unavoidable walking this weekend has left me a little sore today. The ankle is feeling a little sore, but worse because of my unnatural gait while walking on the sprained ankle, my right hamstring is also very sore. Personal training later this evening and again tomorrow.

Ah, sorry about your ankle. Injuries suck.

Man your body really needs to get itself together and cross that freakin line to the 100s already, it's tiptoeing around must be doing your head in!

Q,

27.3 extrapolated, though the little handheld gizmo is giving much lower readings (around 24.7%).

I'm in 36 jeans now, comfortably, and I see no real need to drop below 32 jeans. So when I get to 32 jeans, I'll bump my calories up to like 2700, and then let exercise and the maintenance calorie level do what it's going to do.

Weighed myself before heading out to work out and I was down to 200, so maybe tomorrow is the day I finally bust this.

Arg! It's so frustrating to get stuck anytime, but especially when you're just about at another milestone!! Crossing fingers for tomorrow! You deserve it!

I'm really not sure it's worth it. I mean, I've already been able to hop on the scale and be under 200, just not an official morning one is all.

Just got done dancing around to music without any real ankle issues, which was nice. As the day went on it improved a ton and is as good as it has felt since the incident. So Lonely by The Police just in case anyone was wondering. God what the hell happened to Sting...

As for the 32s, I have to look as good as possible to make up for my other shortcomings. :D

Weigh-in this morning: 199.5

That of course is a new low and the barrier is _finally_ officially broken. For my next trick I will cut myself in half. Hopefully this is the start of a losing streak.

The ankle also feels quite good this morning but still not really near 100%. My training today got canceled, so I'll have to come up with a workout plan. May shoot around on the basketball court for ten minutes or so just to slowly work that back in. I'm guessing I'm still at least three weeks away from being able to play a game. Also going to look into hinged braces.

:party:I'm very happy for you MrVee!

You weathered that intersection of plateau and injury with admirable patience and sanity. I wonder if the stall was linked to your being on the mend? Either way I hope you return to your steady decreases. Enjoy your workout this evening.

Brilliant work buddy!
