Looking to lose an extra human I apparently picked up along the way

Great job with that scale dropping that water weight! Hope work is less hectic soon. Your meal plan looks great. It's great you are eating such a healthy amount of calories! Sometimes people just go with 1200 cals no matter what and that's so not healthy for a lot of people to do!

Coca Cola wake up??? No way! Is that like your coffee fix up? I have to have my coffee in the morning before you even look at me or talk to me:) Your food look so delish. I wish I can have a nice dessert after food :drooling:

Usually it's a Diet Coke, but I was out.

281 on Monday morning. Hopefully this is the end of that weird weight spike.

Extremely important business meeting later this morning. Got about 6 hours of sleep then woke up and simply couldn't get back to sleep from the anxiety. Hopefully it goes well.

Won't have the time to work out today, which is fine since tomorrow it's back to the personal training which did such a number on me last week. The weather forecast suggests I'm in for about a month straight of ridiculously good weather. We're still about two months away from the point where the really unpleasant stuff starts to show up. That said, the high this Saturday is supposed to be 85. If I want to go mountain hiking, that's warm enough to force some minor adjustments.

Hey MrVee hope your meeting went well!!
& yay for the good weather - cant wait until we have higher temperatures here too.

Good luck on the meeting & great to see your scale is behaving again ,
... a month of nice weather sounds so nice... we still have snow here - but sun was shining today & a balmy -2C .... downright pleasant for this neck-of-the-woods in March... lol. ;)

278! on Tuesday morning. Man that's some weird stuff the scale does. Anyway, that's more than halfway to my 185 goal and 97 pounds lost total.

The meeting went well. Looks like a good news/bad news situation: the good news is that I'm probably getting more work, the bad news is that I'm probably getting more work. Spent most of last night trying to come up with ways to budget more time. Looks like I'm going to hire a housekeeper to come in maybe every other week to help a little in that regard. Get my workspace a little more organized. Maybe make less trips to the grocery store, and buy more things when I'm there? The good news is I don't have to move to take this on (at least not yet), which was my big fear. For now the workouts should remain unaffected.

Personal training starts up again today after an extended break.

Wow! well, you had to figure it was coming. You've been doing the right thing (most of the time) and following your plan. In time, it will give you the desired results. Great job, MrVee.

Congrats on the work! I know you can fit it all in. You've lost 97 pounds and that's a pretty big motivator to make time for exercise.

278? You sure know how to get over a plateau- hurdle it! Well done Mr Vee. Good news on not having to move, at least not yet. You do seem to be on a roll. Cheers, Cate

WOW AWESOME WEIGH IN! :D

Btw - you could save time & money by planning food a week ahead. I always make my weekly menu & put down all i need to buy in the grocery store.. so i dont buy anything that i dont need - and i stick to the menu - by the end of the week the fridge is empty and I havent wasted any food. plus i can have a balanced diet.

That is an ENORMOUS amount of weight lost, well done :D You are almost in triple digits!!!! I hope you are extremely very goddamn proud of yourself :)

What is your job? Could you delegate any of the smaller tasks to anyone else? If you are worried that you won't even have the time to go grocery shopping, you really must be about to start working crazy hours.

I can't wait till the day I can justify getting a cleaner.

Well There are certain administrative and grunt work things that could be given to someone else, but not enough to justify an employee yet. And for the real nuts and bolts, it's me specifically they want doing the work. I like to refer to it as "creative statistics."

There's always available time, but I want to be able to do this while sacrificing as little of my free time as possible. Right now I'm buying groceries 10-15 items at a time multiple times a week. Buying everything once a week would probably save an hour or two a week.

Thanks for all the kind words everybody.

278.5 on a fine Wednesday morning.

Sore from yesterday's TRX madness, but not quite as sore as I was last week from it. No personal training today, so I think I'll get some basketball in.

Might try and hunt up a softball league to weasel my way into. Still not light enough to handle a basketball league, but softball should be no problem. If it's a big enough company, maybe I could join a company's softball team and pretend I work there. :D

Plaaay ball! crack! ... I can hear U know- around 1st, past 2nd...the crowd goes wild...

Great work on 278.5 ! , and glad to hear the work meeting went well. ;)
