Sneak: Fruit Salad (100 kcal)
Dinner: Meat with lemon (400 kcal)
Sneak: Strawberry icecream -> this was a bit a failure. (200 kcal)
Tot: 1100 kcal

Hey thought I'd pop in and say hi :)
Been reading through your diary and sounds like your doing really well and have a good attitude to what your doing. I'm sure you will reach your goal. Maybe you've just
platued? Im sure things will move along soon, or maybe it was just the weight of the food from the day before not your actual weight.

I start to be a bit frustrated because of that situation.

Gosh!!!! I was so worried and stressed for the last exam that I just didn't handle my diet. I was last 4 days eating like a pig. I had chocolate, I had cookies and...I had my last exam. It went fine. But now I MUST get back on truck.
I'm not sure how much I gained because this morning I was too afraid of weight myself. But since today I definitly start again with the diet and exercise!

So, let's see:

I try to note here also things I have to do which is not totally related with diet. It's a journal after all :)
+ Today I have to write my dissertation in Finnish and English
+ Check the Thesis bibliografy
+ Study the introduction + 1rst chapter of the thesis

I'm back!
My boyfriend was here visiting :hurray: It was amaizing! :willy_nilly::willy_nilly:
And no suprise that I ate A LOT!
When we are on holiday it's not easy to live with be and be on diet on the same time :p bad bad!
Anyway, I'm back on my diet now. Not sure if I gained some weight since my scales refuses to work since he left. :p It's a conspiracy!

Anyway, seriously, back I am and I have 2 months to go back on shape and be "perfect" for the move :)
Today I ate
breakfast: milk + 2 toasted breads
lunch: bread + tunna + tomatto + 1 peach
sneak: 1 peach
dinner: smoked ham + mozzarella cheese.
 
Today I'm again back on serious diet, and not only.
At the moment I don't have a job and I just finished my studies. Since I'm moving in less than 2 months to an other country I think it's pointless trying to find a job in here. I'll focus on languages. First of all Finnish since I'm moving to Finland in September.
Then English also, because I really think I will have at least the first interviews in English and I wanna give a good impression.
Then I wanna try to go jogging everyday, starting from tomorrow (today I really need to clean the house).
Oh, and of course relaxing and having fun, like I'll draw and I'll experiment taking pictures :)
All this sounds like a plan. I'm excited!

Oh, and about the diet, I decided I don't wanna eat more than 1200 Kcal per day...let's see how it goes!

Sorry I haven't visited your diary in a while. Your diet looks very nutritious! How exciting for you to be going to Finland! Is it for study or work? I live in Australia - so you're in Italia? I studied Italian at university and I'd like to say: tu non sei grassa, no no no!!! Tu fai bella figura!! :coolgleamA:

yeah...maybe my diet is good...but I start to get the feeling I should to more sport. Since I graduated I have been so lazy...need to change this.
Tomorrow JOGGING! No EXCUSES! I setted the allarm clock at 7.00 and at 8.00 I have to bring my cute bottom out of here and exercise a bit! :D No matter now it's 1.04 (because I cannot sleep).
I will move for an other reason mainly than work or study...my love lives there and after 2 years (and 2 months) of long distance relationship it's time for me to move. :)

And that's so cool you have studied Italian, may I ask why? :D

It's quite a funny thing! :biggrinjester: I wanted to go into opera singing, or at least be able to attend Italian operas and I wanted to be able to understand the words! But as I studied the language, I grew to love everything about the Italian culture and I still hope to one day visit this beautiful country! Plus, most of my best friends are Italian. :)

Btw, it's a wonderful thing you will finally be united with your love! Two years is an awfully long time to wait! :)
 
It's always like that...:D you start from something "silly" and then you just fall in love for an other country.
It was the same for me about Finland and the finnish language. Everything started from my penpals, they sent me pictures of the country and wrote me something in their language. I just fall totally in love! <3 After that I just discovered me more interested in everything about the country. :D

Yesterday I went to a party and ate some pizza and a little cake.
I hate myself.
And today I am invited to a lunch with some friends...damn, I don't want to get back the weight I lost just for a lunch with friends (they DO eat a lot).
I'll try to eat as less as possible and don't have dinner. :(

I wanted to ask something...is it possible that in your period you can weight something more?
I'm in my period and...I dunno, today I ate really light but still got half a kilo...so i was wondering if it was for that.
