When you start to look to something or someone else to meet you needs, when you begin to confuse the channel with the source, there is a clear warning sign: Worry!

This is just what I needed to see this morning. I'm so frustrated with what I think I should do but feeling limited in what I can. Guess that's what I get for trying to run the show! Time to get back to the source.
 
So I have been a bit disappointed the past few days. I got on the scale on Sunday at the crack of dawn and I was 181.4.. happy with that but later in the day I was back to 183! Insane.. so this morning finally im back down to 181.5 and im hoping to breakthrough to the 170's by our next challenge weigh in. I really hate being so fixated on the numbers and when I measured myself I do get a sense of relief its jusssst breaking that cycle of number numbers numbers!!!

Im trying to stay focused this week and really get down to the nitty with my journaling. Right about this time is whn I would lose my stride.. I went to the gym last night did week 6 day 1 of my c25k.. I was feeling sluggish so I took a break and came back to finish it up and then finshed strong with an amazing back and shoulder work out.

Im starting to think im not eating enough. I usually just follow the point sys like ww just because its easier whn im in a hurry. I may need to re-evalute all that. Esp since im starting to wrkout pretty hard. Im scared to go over but I also want to eliminate all processed foods if possible.

My waist is trimming up.. I think ill post some pix this week of the begining of the challenge and a few of as of now..

I think I will have to start all over with my C25k since I haven't ran now in just about 2 weeks. :blush5:
I just couldn't get past the music that was on my week 3 program. I know that I can watch the time on the treadmill and adjust accordingly but then all I do is watch the clock. Which in the long run does not allow me to get into a zone.
I found a guy at the Y who mixes sound and music for a living and he is going to make me an 8 week Christian C25k program.
I am really excited about that.
If you feel your not getting enough to eat than you should go back and re-evaluate your food. I agree with you that it is hard to do. I too am trying to cut out all processed foods.
Seems like the silly things are everywhere though! lol

Here are few quick pix from the tattoo convention that I was at this weekend. My friend is verrrrrrrrrrrrry tall or im suppppppppper short lol.. So here is Dana and I and then a friend from highschool that I ran into years later in another state even!

Don't be jealous.. the past couple of days have been crappy for me. Struggling. Not so much with the food but just staying motivated at the gym. The runs are tough because I get so bored. I hit 20 min and im ready to jump off. Tonight was much better. Although I didn't do the c25k I did my own treadmill routine and I took some advice from ddwise and did intervals every so ofter to mix it up.

Please pray for my niece, she has a temp of 106. They thought the swine flu but it seems she just has some virus. She is only 6. Her name is Madison Ill post a little pic of her sweet face.

Let me know what music you add. I normally listen to my podcasts from different Pastors that I love. James Mcdonald, Greg Laurie, Bob Coy etc..

Ill be over to chk your progress. I have really been slacking lately.

Had a great workout last night! FINALLY my husband came to the gym with me. I think I was showing off LOL. We got on the treadmill and I was able to complete my week 7 day 2 of the C25k.. 25 min run! Yay!!! Felt fantastic! My hubby kept up pretty well. He is way more into outdoor sports.. mountain biking, hiking etc.. he has never been one for the gym. Let me tell you I was soo greatful he went but geeewhiz it made for a late night. He doesn't get home from work until 6:30 so we have late dinners anyways. I had my daughter shower and homework and bedroom cleaned so we were set out the door.. im horrible ! I didnt feed her dinner hahah.. actually everyday we get home around 4:45 and she always has a snack or snacksssss and then we get our evening started. Soooo last night she got Sonic! Ya I know, horrible but she was sure happy! Anyhoot, sucessful evening overall. Ended with a strong leg workout.

Tomorrow my brother flies in from Kansas City! Sooo super excited! My daughter gets to stay home from school friday to make crafts and cookies with her uncle Bubba!

Trying to make it to the gym tonight.. I have alot of cleaning up etc to take care of. Im having the hardest time meal planning. I need to get back on track with that.. sit down and plan for the entire week.

Ohhhh my where do I start.. Im going thru a rough spot. Feel just in a blah. Devaiting from my meal plans and I havent been logging food just thinking I have an idea of how many calories im consuming. Exercise is fallin off too.. however, I still have been maintaining 3 miles a few times a week. I finally made to the street and have stopped running on the treadmill.. bad thing is, I need weight training too. So basically im only doing my 3 miles.. and no im not running the whole way... i need to get out of this rut. BLAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

Im leaving for Washington on Thursday with my daughter to visit my mom. Super exicted about that.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhh I got a puppy! Her name is Raisin!!! Let me find a picture and I will post it.
