Sounds like you are doing very well!
I am jealous that you are in the 180's and about to head into the 170's.

I think I will have to start all over with my C25k since I haven't ran now in just about 2 weeks.

I just couldn't get past the music that was on my week 3 program. I know that I can watch the time on the treadmill and adjust accordingly
but then all I do is watch the clock. Which in the long run does not allow me to get into a zone.
I found a guy at the Y who mixes sound and music for a living and he is going to make me an 8 week Christian C25k program.
I am really excited about that.
If you feel your not getting enough to eat than you should go back and re-evaluate your food. I agree with you that it is hard to do. I too am trying to cut out all processed foods.
Seems like the silly things are everywhere though! lol
