Little Pickers Wear Big Knickers

Holy mother that was the most intense workout ever!! It was awful!! We had to find our max weight to do straight presses, then our workout was do 5 straight press, 10 pull ups, 15 kettle bell swings, 20 box jumps and then run 400m.... then repeat 2 more times!!! and we had to get our time under 20 mins!!! I nearly died. I was lagging at the end so coach let me skip the lads set of box jumps, but I had to still do the run, and I got 19:11mins. Hardest workout I have ever done. looking forward to weigh in tomorrow morning....

93.8kg today, loss of 300 grams.... hmmm maybe I need to look at the fat content of my diet now I have the sugar part sorted out..... eliminate the bad stuff one at a time. I will take measurements and hopefully they will be more dramatic

Or maybe you´re muscles were just retaining water from the most intense workout ever. A loss is a loss, so congratulations!

Finally remember to take my measurements: (in centimetres)
Neck 34.5(-0.5)
Bust 109 (-5.0)
Abs under bust 93.5 (-6.0)
Waist 98.5 (-2.0)
Hips 108 (-6.5)
Thigh 71 (-6.5)
Calf 45 (same)
Arm 35 (+1.0)
Stomach 107 (-3)
So even though the scales don't show flash results, I'm stoked with the measurements!! Total loss of 28.5cm altogether!!! Whoop Whoop!!!!

Had my measurements and body fat percentage taken on sunday for our gym sugarfree month - results announced on friday......Had an ok weekend - went back to boredom eating yesterday so not happy about that but managed to control it after not too much trouble so back on track today

UUUUUUhhhhhggh total stress out week!! Boss is away for 5 weeks im effectively running the business and its scary!! Really fighting the urge to console myself with chocolate when things dont go to plan!! Might try go for a wee walk at lunch time to calm down a bit. MMA last night was sooo hard- the first tuesday of every month is a cardio class and i almost died. at least it was slightly easier than last months class though so i think im improving.....
And on the lighter side - totally split my pants in MMA last week!!! My instructor came up to me and was like "you have a hole in your bum". bahaha!!! oops too much stretching will have to retire those pants :)

:D At least he/she told you about it... Slightly easier than last month is great! I can totally understand how you´re feeling about work though, keep fighting the good fight because the fat in chocolate is not the kind you want to be insulating your nerves with right now. They need proper building material like oily fish, flax seeds and walnuts.

Having an ok week- coming down with a cold so hammering the vitamin C to try and keep it at bay!! Did a bit of stress eating today so not so great, but got MMA tonight so hoping to burn off the bad stuff. Bring on the weekend!
