If you're interested, I can send you the weigh-ins from almost three years worth of weight loss (I'm guessing I have weigh ins on roughly 65% of those days. You'll see stuff like that happen: drop six pounds one week, none the next week, one the week after, and then five the next for an average of three a week which is fantastic.
