MR, this is a doozy of a weekend - meeting buddies after work today, picnic tomorrow, cookout on Saturday, something else unhealthy on Sunday I'm sure. The good news is that I can skip breakfast to keep a deficit (or minimize the surplus...)
Kaplooie, tell me about it. It does seem that lunches are much more filling now that I've been IF for a couple weeks. Hopefully that trend continues!
So I'm back down to my pre-wreck weight of about 332. Not a number to be proud of, but it's the right direction. IF seems to be a good fit for my lifestyle, so I'm sticking with it.
Exercise-wise, still having a hard time getting back onto that train. I was at the hand doctor yesterday, and asked about lifting and rowing... Nope, not yet. He was quite impressed by my recovery, though, he and the PT were in agreement that it's easier to do a slow recovery than it is to recover from a new injury from being stupid (my words, not theirs!).
Anyway, that's all I got for now....
