Howdy Anna,

What movies did you whind up seeing,I saw the "REAPING" and Disturbia I loved the Reaping.Have a nice day Tammy

Hi Tammy, LadyBug, Mishi, Steve, Be-Gone-Soon! Thanks for wishing me a nice day. :) Hope you all had a good one too.

By core strength do you mean working your abs and back? Seriously that's awesome.
For core I lay on my belly on a mat with arms outstretched above my head, then I raise my arms and legs at the same time, keeping my core on the ground. 3 sets of 12, really exhausting. Yes, it does work the back and abs, but I think it works the overall core mostly. Basketball players like this one because when they play, they need to be able to stop on a dime, stand still, and move their arms all over without moving their feet. This requires real strong cores. I like trying to get as many parts of my bod as possible for overall strength.
I like the script quite a bit. I used to do a lot of writing in my younger days with both improv and my telelvision job keeping me busy writing at work. However, I've really fallen out of the practice. I can't stress enough how important creative pursuits are :). I say go for Vegas.
It is practise..you're right. And I go in and out of it. I got the inspiration for Marabel from reading a news article about the chinese actually inserting cells from fetuses into people's skulls to cure paralysis. Of course it's illegal here.

Oh I have tried those before! You're right they are amazing, because I can barely do them! I think I'm going to copy you and try to do those on arms day at the end of my workout. They are great...and I realize that I'm about to be the quintessential crazy cat lady, but for real this reminds me of my cat, but for some reason I don't think he's doing it for his core strength. Also MissLadybug taught me how to do this today so I'm going to do it all over the place. I promise I'll never post pictures of my cat in your diary again though  Wonderful food and exercise as always, inspiration Anna.

Today it was about 2 in the afternoon and I'm trying to eat 1200 calories before my workout and I'm thinking "what the hell else can I eat?" It felt like I was constantly eating for gawd's sake.
Add one more chick to that av and you could be on an ABBA Album cover ;)
*ducks*
:p
That's hilarious. My sons are sitting back to back and that's exactly what ABBA always did. And of course the long hair came back in their high school years...There was something in the air that night, the stars were bright, Fernando....
