A great day

float 3 mil to my dept. no hagglin' here, that's for sure. hell I'd even spring for lunch or a new SUV or a house for ya.
I'm not above kickbacks :)
I'm sorry you have the sucky stuff to deal with at work. At least you are giving yourself a great chance to destress because:

Awww. thanks guys, my boss made me feel better again today. Today was great because (drum roll please)...I got back to the ... GYM. YAY!! Only 35 minutes on the elliptical trainer, I wanted to do weights and sit-ups but was too hungry for supper. I need to bring more food to work, gotta go get some groceries and pack more in the morning. After the gym, I picked up a grilled chicken pita on brown, with fried green pepper, mushrooms & onions, and with pineapple and feta cheese. Oh my gawd, did I wolf that puppy down. I had food all over my face. I ate it in my bedroom like some rabid dog tearing apart a carcasss...it was not very lady like (burp).

Breakfast; Bran flakes and skim milk 285, 1 cup mixed fresh fruit 100 cals
Lunch; Yogurt and granola 155, Soup 160 cals, & sunflower seeds 40
Snack; Green grapes 115 cals, 1.5 oz. cheese 170 cals
Supper; Grilled chicken whole wheat pita 600 cals.
Total = 1625
35 minutes elliptical trainer 400 cals burned

Today a co-worker told me I'm slim...that felt real good. First nice comment I've heard since getting back to healthy eating in February.:)

i was not impressed with lakisha tonight like i usually am, and as always, i loved melinda!

Thanks Mishi! I don't remember seeing your ticker before...you have lost some buttah! I saw in your diary today you are at your high school weight. Congrats right back at ya! I'm stalled at 152 but I think all the walking is packing on some muscle which is great. Thanks for stopping by.

I always fancied myself as a singer, but i get horrid stage fright and go off key whenever im on stage. Thats kinda why i do karaoke .. i can get on stage and sig in key now, but im still wide eyed and panicy lol :D

Well done on being called skinny though - cor wish my co-workers would call me that :/
 
Good afternoon! Hope things are going well for you today and you get out of your stall! I am sure the working out will build muscle.. maybe measuring yourself would be good so you can keep track of your progress if the scale doesn't move.

LOL! That's probably not really funny for you, but you put it humorously, and I like that! I'm a lighthearted type of person. Looks like your goal is very similar to mine--didn't you say you were 5'8"? I'm 5'7" and want to be 130. I wish you the best with your workouts and diet!

Not to worry, it really is funny...but if the right guy comes along, I'd be willing to see if we can't jump start the old girl. LOL Now I'm cracking myself up. Seriously, I am going to have a spring fling, don't know who my victim is yet, but stay tuned for all the torrid details. ha ha ha

Workout; 40 minutes elliptical trainer varying speeds, 108 sit-ups, 3-12s core strength, 3-12s heel raises, 3-10s on 7 upper body free weights. Gotta run...A.I. results tonight! Who's gonna be voted off?
