Lift, Train, Fitness

Sorry to hear you're feeling off, hope it gets better soon. I don't really get most spam, especially when it's so bad nobody would fall for it. Thanks for cleaning it up though!

feeling a bit better today.

over 7000 spam posts removed this morning :(

leaves no time for making meaningful posts elsewhere

O wow  That´s insane. Can new members simply not be able (instead of not allowed) to post links?

I think that's a good idea. It wouldn't worry me if none of us were allowed to post links really if it meant defeating spammers. 7,000 is crazy!
Glad you're feeling better Tru.

it was a mass of spam in Chinese dumped on the forum within minutes by about a dozen user names blasting the same post hundreds of times for each user name, the spam doesn't always contain links

finally have my internet back just in time for me to be leaving for Melbourne to coach at the Australian Championships

we fly on the 4th then Dec competes in the afternoon session on the 5th, we then have to wait till the end of comp as the medal ceremonies will be held at the post event dinner.

ok, it has been a while since I have posted for a few reason, including poor internet access and just simply very busy, however

My son won silver at the Australian championships which was a great achievement, especially will all the pressure of finishing his last year of school (He will graduate from grade 12 in 3 weeks)

As for me, my training will need to be lower intensity with some exercises off the menu for a while as yesterday my doctor confirmed that I am pregnant.

Oh, wow! Well done to your son & to you as his trainer! Congratulations Tru on expecting a baby. Wow again. I have been wondering what you have been up to & now I know ;) xo Cate

Last few days I have completely lost my appetite, I cannot handle a full meal but have managed to snack on good healthy food, just not very much of it. Despite being high risk because of my age Doc is confident all will go ok because I am fit and have no health problems because my diet is squeaky clean, I train 4 days per weeks, I don't drink, I don't smoke, Blood pressure and blood glucose which I monitor at home (I can be obsessive about collecting data) are all good.

I think it´s awesome that you´re looking after your body so well, both for you and your future baby. Best of luck with the whole process :)
