some good news this arvo, the bloke who runs the local bone museum has had a wild peafowl visiting on random days, today he phoned so hubby could go and catch it, so we now have a second pied peahen.
 
Probably a stupid question but what kind of bones do they display? Human? Animal? Fossil?

I have not actually been in there, I know they have Animals (we donated a peafowl corpse when one of our birds died) and also fossils as for Human I don't know. It is some kind of education centre.
 
good training session tonight. Bench, Squat, Deadlift and Cuban press.

Deadlift up to 5 sets of 8 @ 80 kg (176 lb)
 
This week has been a bit of a struggle, training was ok, bench press was 5 set of 8 @ 62.5 kg (138 lb) and felt smooth. struggled with squat (82.5 kg) I think I am getting some sort of bug. relaxing for a couple of minutes before I go out again.
 
Ah, ok, that at least is a temporary problem. As the newly-reincarnated abbott says in Thief of time: "Teeth are a problem. Always coming or going."
 
mixed day today but training went ok

hit a smooth 70 kg (154 lb) for reps on bench press and 100 kg (220 lb) on deadlift (belt-less double overhand grip conventional) had to get the screwdriver out to change my lifting belt size setting up :( but I have not used it since 2010, I have some serious work to do.
