hehe i'm putting that prayer on the wall. it seems to be helping
so yesterday was a good day, only thing that could have avoided but didn't were popcorn, buti think i was still in my range of calories, only i think my share of carbs for over what it should be. its funny because back home i had problem with too much protein now with too many carbs. can we call that balancing out lol
just kidding
anyway i'm on my way to yet another day in school/library. and i just feel like walking. its such a beautiful day out. not a cloud in the sky. and by the time i'm done in school it will be dark. not fair!
food for today (so far)
breakfast: 3 some swedish crackers i found in ikea, 1 piece of wholegrain bread with cottage cheese and yogurt, cafe latte
lunch: i plan on having some fruit and thick veggie or bean soup
dinner: i plan on having a salad with feta cheese
so that's the plan, i better stick to it.
