You can do it! Good job on maintaining the focus amist all the other stuff you have going on in life. 90% of the time is a great goal. No one can be perfect, but we can all try our best. Good luck.

Cerella :) I agree. I am starting my new routine on monday when i get back to budapest. I will even buy a chart or something to put on the wall so i can keep track of the whole thing. i just need to stay away from alcohol, and in budapest that is going to be really hard.

You can do it!! stay focused and remember how badly you want to lose that weight. It's okay to do a little, just don't over do it, and you'll be just fine!! I'm not sure what they drink there, but remember a glass of red wine is good for the body and soul. And if your a beer drinker, go for the light beer it's better!
You'll do it!! And I'll be by to make sure!!

ok some forces have conspired against me. i started trainig again last week. overdid it btw (i couldn't really notice that much while i was training) but i could barely walk for several days. but this went away, and today i was supposed to have second clas and guess what yesterday i got very high temperature so apparently flu got to me.
well it won't work. i'm going back to that class the minute i get better!!!!

ok rant done. apart from being sick i'm doing ok, started paying attention to what i eat. my mental state wasn 't that well for the past week, but i will be fine. its just some melancholic moments i have....

...i did a lot of thinking today and my attitude started to improve hehehe. i know i can do it. i saw what it did last time i did it...i lost a lot of weight. and i'm going to do that again. i won't be able to weigh myself but i don't really mind. i'll weigh myself in three months when i get home. and i wanna see some significant change:D
 
Girlfriend, you were on fire before, I could feel it in every post you put on here, you can get that back. I'm sorry you were Ill, I hope your feeling much better today.

Keep focused and really try hard on your food choices, I know it's hard and when your on a budget it's even harder, but just do what you can, that's all you can do right. Good luck to you sweetie!!

thanx Kim :) i am making better food choices for the past week, since i got back. i'm more or less eating the same dinner (bean, corn, olives, pepper, feta cheese salad - no oil or salt, all these thing have enough in them) and for kunch i either have a peace of meat with veggies or pasta, or some thick soups with a peace of bread. for breakfasts i usually have some fruit and a wholegrain cookie.
 
Okay, my mouth is officially watering from all the talk of corn, feta cheese and beans, those are top food items on my list!! Great job, I'm happy it's coming together again for you!!

Oh yeah! Making me think about how to plan a great next meal too. I do love fetta, but don't buy it. It would be a nice change. *Looks around for shopping list*.

Sorry you're sick. That sounds nasty - I hope you're getting better fast.

Great going on following up your intentions! It's so lovely just to see you post too! I hope we don't have to wait 3 months for the next time, but I dare say that if we do it will be worth the wait!!

Glad you're feeling better both physically and mentally, and too bad you injured yourself but I'm sure you'll be able to continue your new exercise routine soon. HUGS!!!
 
so on friday i went to a restaurant with my colleagues and had lost of fun, the portions were really huge, but a colleague of mine ate half of mine :D i ate veal and rice and potatoes...well i actually ate the meat and then little bit of rice and little bit of potatoes, but since i only had salad for lunch i really did well.

today i'm also doing really good.

my food for today:

breakfast: whole wheat cookie, 1 apple, large cafe late
snack: 1 large orange
lunch: two sandwiches (4 whole wheat slices of bread) and turkey breast ham
snack: another orange
dinner: i made salad from corn, cooked salmon, green pepper and feta cheese, but i only ate half

according to sparkpeople this summed up to 1500 calories so i can still have a piece of dark chocolate or something if i feel like it.but i'm not really hungry.

todmorrow i'll try to go to the aerobics class after my classes or in the early morning.

i'm in extremely good mood. i managed to organize myself somehow.
