so on friday i went to a restaurant with my colleagues and had lost of fun, the portions were really huge, but a colleague of mine ate half of mine

i ate veal and rice and potatoes...well i actually ate the meat and then little bit of rice and little bit of potatoes, but since i only had salad for lunch i really did well.
today i'm also doing really good.
my food for today:
breakfast: whole wheat cookie, 1 apple, large cafe late
snack: 1 large orange
lunch: two sandwiches (4 whole wheat slices of bread) and turkey breast ham
snack: another orange
dinner: i made salad from corn, cooked salmon, green pepper and feta cheese, but i only ate half
according to sparkpeople this summed up to 1500 calories so i can still have a piece of dark chocolate or something if i feel like it.but i'm not really hungry.
todmorrow i'll try to go to the aerobics class after my classes or in the early morning.
i'm in extremely good mood. i managed to organize myself somehow.
