Oh I thought I was the only special on with that offer - heh heh heh :jump: :rotflmao: :jump:

Enjoy your night out as you always do - be a good girl - you have a man now :D:D:D!!!

hehe i'm keeping the special ones for you cerella :D

so i met that friend yesterday and had some long conversations with her. tonight i'm probably going out. i have a bit of a headache but maybe it will pass if i do go out. i don't know. ah those hard decisions in life lol.
i also ran into my "mentor in the shadow" as i call him. that is a professor i had when i was studying philosophy and from day one he's been pushing me to go to masters and all. a man sees some kind of potential in me. he was never my mentor on paper, but he is the one who is helping me always. so today he told me he wants me to review a book by an american philosopher. and i have 2 months to do that. that will be a challenge, since i still haven't read the book lol

What's up Lena!!! AHHHH a challenge! there is something about that word that just makes me all a flutter!! I think that sounds like fun! You will have to keep me posted on if you take him up on it. Going out with friends, certainly sounds like a lot of fun to me, I think you should go and have a great time!! Didn't you dance the night away the last time you went out with your friends??? well whatever you decide to do, have a great time and relax! And don't forget to eat good as well, heheheh Enjoy my friend!

~Hugs~

:D thanx Kim,

well i didn't go out last night, i had some stomach pain and didn't want to pressure myself into going.
today i ate normally. i wasn't thinking about calories and i don't know how much i ate, but i ate something i didn't in a very long time. so this is my menu for today

breakfast:
3 thin slices of whole wheat bread with seeds and ham
lunch:
1. first i ate some cooked carrots and cellery with piece of cooked beef meet (this was all cooking with other veggies for beef soup)
2. a bowl of beef soup
3. young potatoes (baked-had baked potatoes after 4 months) with polpetone (that is something like burger, i make it with ground turkey breast meat, finely chopped carrots, parsley, onion, garlic, celery,1 egg, and some bread crumbs-mix it all, make burgers and just grill it), and one fresh tomato and pepper

snack: small wild strawberries with cream, and really binged on some ordinary strawberries (they are soooooo good this year) lol
dinner: don't know yet, probably salad (tomatoes, peppers, cucumber etc).

Ooooooooooh, you have strawberries already there!?! I'm so jealous, I need to wait at least a month more here in the north. Fortunately there's always the deep frozen ones. I've been eating a lot of those lately, and also raspberries, blueberries and lingonberries. Part of my "if you wanna eat, eat healthy" plan.. ;)
Your menu sounds like something my mom would make, yummy!
Have a great Sunday evening!
Juliette

lol well baked potatoes was something that my mom did make and they just smelled sooo good i changed my plan and had them for lunch. but i didn't give in to the pork hehe
yea we do have strawberries already. everything is early this season, and the market is full of them. everyone's buying them like crazy. they haven't tasted this good i don't know in how long.

After viewing Bosch's "Garden of earthly delights", i can never look at a strawberry the same again.

Good job with the menu; you sound right on track :)

so my menu for today and i better stick with it:

breakfast: dr. oetker yogurt muesli with low fat yogurt
snack: 1 medium banana
lunch: yellow rice (wild rice with kurkuma) and two small turkey burgers (left from yesterday)
snack: 1 apple and some strawberries
dinner: tuna salad (green salad, tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, olives with tuna and balsamico dressing)

It sounds like a great menu and yum. (I'm not quite over drooling over yesterday's though).

Whether you decide to go for it or not, it is very, very cool that your mentor wants you do your masters! :)

hehe i am very blessed that he wants to help me in every way possible. but i have to admit that writing a review of a book i haven't even read yet in two months is going to take some true energy from me, but i just can't say no to the man, especially since getting my work published is a scientific goal lol (i do have some translations published, and so far one review of a book)

I love you Lena!!! I want to hug you!! haha, just wanted you to know that :)

Talk to you soon.

girl...you left me speechless and i am now so touched you have no idea. i love you too sweety :) :hug2:

so i did eat pretty much according to my plan i wil, only add some other things to be judged lol:
i will mark them in red
breakfast: dr. oetker yogurt muesli with low fat yogurt
snack: 1 medium banana
lunch: yellow rice (wild rice with kurkuma) and two small turkey burgers (left from yesterday), 1 chocolate chip cookie
snack: 1 apple and some strawberries-well i didn't an apple, i ate 1 strawberry yogurt and strawberries, 3 slices of turkey ham and 1 slice of ham
dinner: tuna salad (green salad, tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, olives with tuna and balsamico dressing) - well did eat this, but instead of blasamico dressing i put yocca (sort of cottage cheese) and some danish white cheese as dressing.

hmmmm so i need to train my discipline people. i gotta get of that ham and chocolate...i really do, and eat it once a week if i feel really like it, but not every day. what the F*** is up with that? my only excuse is....well i don't have any. someone please make me not eat that stuff unless is planned. please yell at me or something.

Hi Lena!
Missed you, haven't been here in a while!

Hey--I've been pretty naughty lately, too. And I plan on changing that! I feel you on wanting to be told...but I'd feel like a jerk if I "yelled at you". Anyway, much lovbe and support and I believe in you! You CAN do this!
~hugs~

Morning Lena girl!! STOP eating ALL THAT HAM!!!!!! exchange it for turkey or chicken my friend!! You can do it!! It has to start with you!!!! Challenge yourself to stop, make a little packed with yourself, saying you will reward yourself if you can stay away from Ham and chocolate for two weeks, I know you can do it, but do you REALLY BELIEVE in yourself???? GET TO IT GIRL!! Hey, how about if you promise not to eat ham/chocolate for two weeks, I'll promise to drink at least 50 oz of water a day, because I've been slacking int that area myself. What do you say!!! Are you up for it?????? :boxing:
Lot's of BIG HUGS~~
Kim
