Hey Teta has a nice ring to it! I went off the track for almost a month between December and January. The trick is getting back on as soon as you can. I firmly believe the key isn't staying on the straight and narrow. The trick is getting back as quickly as you can when you inevitably wander off.

i do feel better today. i don't have the urge to overeat and hopefully it will stay that way all day. looking at that list really helped me realize some thing and see that i didn't resolve my issues but i'm certainly changing for the better.

so so far i ate:
breakfast: dr. oetker fruit muesli with fruit soy drink
snack: ham and cheese whole wheat toast
lunch: probably will have cooked beans
dinner: probably will have salad

tonight i have my aerobics class. i need it so much.
 
Hey you - I like tete it is cute...as far as you and beatign yourself up that isnt cute - lol...so you ate a cpl of sandwiches and some mouse or cake or whatever it was - it isnt like you ate a cpl bags of chips and donuts and so on and so on - pick yourself up move on and stop dwelling on the sandwiches - those arent even bad...maybe the two pieces of whatever but still - you are almost always on track girl and you have been doing so well plus you exercise ALOT - no worries abt those things...and OH MY your language - ha ha ha - I dont think Ive ever heard those words from you - LOL :D:D:D Usually they come outta my mouth

Kim, i'm so happy you joined this forum. i did ok yesterday. for lunch i had cooked beans and one whole wheat bagel and a small piece of that cake (but this time it was planned lol) and that was it. i think i even did below my calories.

today, i ate cereal for breakfast, two cookies for snack (bad i know), but i have mixed veggies salad for lunch, and probably same for dinner, so i think i'm doing pretty ok

Britta, i miss you too girl :) a lot.
 
Hey Lena, don't let those cookies get you down. With that menu you're not going over your calories and depending on the veggies and the beans you should be getting your nutrition in too.

We all get busy my friend - I feel the same way as your paragraph of your post - between work , my crazy household , not feelign well and then still trying to exercise as much as possible doesnt leave alto of time...

Morning Lena, I'm very happy to be here also!! Thanks! I wanted to share with you that my sister mentioned to me that Hostess just came out with this low calorie cupcake bites thing. I haven't had it yet myself. But if you have Hostess there, you may want to give it a shot. It's those chocolate cupcakes, but in this they are real small and filled with a cream. I hear the entire package of three only has 100 calories all together, I think that sounds like a winner, and I think most slices of cake are usually a little more than that. Just another suggestion. I love beans, and it seems you do also. Those things are great for you and loaded with fiber. mmmm keep eating those for sure!! Your doing fine, so don't feel like your not. It's always hard when work gets busy, I know that too. But, we can only do what we can. I'm excited that soon you will be able to see the baby. OHhhhhh I love babies!! maybe you'll be able to snap a photo to share! :) Keep it up!

and i lost 2 more pounds :D:D:D i'm so happy now.
