i fell asleep about 20 minutes after i posted my last post lol (which was around 20.15 pm) and woke up at 7.30 this morning lol
well lets all pray this woman is back on work on monday...then i will be much better.
i noticed that i have lost my appetite in te last few days. people i've never lost my appetite...ever... i'm not even craving anything lol
but i forced myself to eat:
breakfast: turkey ham sandwich with yogurt
lunch: cooked broccolli (and then just topped with 1 tea spoon of melted mutter) and one turkey breast fillet
snack: pear, orange
dinner: have no idea yet
Have fun chicky - also I havent had much appetite lately but I still try to make myself eat...hardly eatin hasnt helped me loose weight either - geeesh - lol - I just need to find some energy for exercise -today of course I will go a marathon of miles on the elliptical and maybe get some Yoga in!!!
thanx you two i'll be going in about two hours. i know it will probably drain me but mentally i need it.
so for dinner i had tuna salad: lettuce, tuna and danish white mixed together...no oil. but my stomach isn't handling it too well.
well it will pass...

as for last night well i have a massive hangover lol i had so much fun. i came home at 6am...me and tina had to close the club hehe (we were on our way out of the club...and the waiters were like:'going already?' hehe and then we realized we were last ones there hehe)
so i'm having my coffee now, my eyes are slowly opening but i think i'll be going back to bed soon.
now that was a great night out!

celebrate...i don't think i'll be able to sleep, i'm just too excited. some of my friends were screaming on the phone lol we're celebrating this weekend.
there is one thing i wanted to ask regarding weight loss. now i started working out 3 times a week, pretty intensively. since i haven't plateaued yet,do i have to up my calories? i really don't understand this a lot lol...i think i need some help.

I think you should increase your calories. You could ask Steve. I think the main thing to remember is that if your body is hungry, you should feed it. You may be hungry more since you will be burning alot more calories. If you keep eating the amount you have been, you may start to feel tired or dizzy.. I think it's really a matter of paying attention to your body. I found that increasing my caloric intake makes me feel better all day, and I wind up not even craving sweets, or wanting to overeat at night.
You have tequila, I'll have rum. How does that sound? hehe
