Hi Britta, work was much better...i was flirting with some students lol (don't look at me like that people...we're talking about 13, 24 year olds here)...so work was really nice today. thank goodness i'm doing only my work tomorrow because i have some meetings.

and i just have to brag. i went to the gym today lalalala (i can't believe two months ago i was scared to go to my aerobics class for the first time) and did the following:

20 minutes bike - i did interval ride (felt so good)
about 1 hour of doing all sorts of apparatus...i don't feel like translating but it was for abs, legs, back and hands
and then i did 20 minutes on the treadmill fast walking with 6% incline

the trainer said he's amazed by the shape i'm in :D i guess that total body workout is paying off.
this is one happy me today lalalalala

I know how you feel!!! I'm just rolling here in my own endorphins after a run, and I saw your singing bits above. Congratulations on your workout and keep on doing what you're doing! :)

thanx mal :) i just came home...that meeting lasted for 4 hours. damn some people can go and go hehe i guess they like to listen to themselves talk lol

so i had following to eat today:

breakfast: whole grain bread (two slices) with turkey ham and cheese, and some low fat yogurt
lunch: turkey breast teriyaki salad (lettuce, tomatoes,peppers, turkey brasts stir-fried on some soy sauce and 1 table spoon of olive oil) with herbal dressing
snack: rich beef soup (it also had some potatoes, peas and carrots in)
dinner: will have scrambled eggs with asparagus

then i'm off to my aerobics
 
thanx deb and britta :D well people are noticing too :) my biggest problem is my belly, but it came first so it will go last unfortunately...well you can win them all immediately. gotta be patient :D

My belly is the last to go too! It's holding on steady! There's like a spare tire of the stuff on me and I am dying for it to disappear!! I know - patience is good!!

Glad to hear people are noticing! Shows your hard work is paying off - you are doing so well Lena :D

thought I'd drop in and say hi! Well done on the weight loss. It's the best motivation there is really isn't it? :) Fantastic when other people notice too. But with 18lbs off I should think so too!

I am trying to avoid weighing myself for a couple of weeks, hopefully a nice surprise. We'll see!

Your diet always looks nice and healthy, so I may have to take some tips off you! (How do you cook the asparagus - do you know I've never cooked it myself?)

pinkie thanx for stopping by :) you can always take all the tips you need hehe
as for the asparagus...these are wild, my dad picks them near our building... you just first break the tip off (you can feel the wooden part it breaks off from teh softer part) then you cook that soft part for several minutes and drain it off and prepare it with eggs or whatever you like.
 
well the exaustion finaly caught up with me... yesterday iwas at my aerobics class. after 20 minutes i noticed i'm sweating twice as much as usual. there was lack of oxygen also but soon i started feeling really bad, and i had to stop. i guess i overdid it with all the work and exercise and being all over the place. psychologically i'm still full of energy and even euphoric but my body is definitely tired.
i was going to post on other diaries more today everyone but i think i'll go to bed soon.

my foods today:

breakfast: three slices of whole grain bread with low fat yogurt and turkey brest ham
lunch: subway chicken teriyaki salad with balsamico dressing
snack: half slice of pizza (planned)
dinner: stir-fried pepper and onions (about two full spoons of it), 2 small pieces of veal and mushrooms stir-fried on soy sauce
