Hey Lea!
Glad you're back too. I've been at a little standstill for a little while too. I had to be on pain killers too b/c of my wisdom teeth. It made me way too loopy to worry about exercise and I couldn't eat normal balanced meals until the stitches healed. Talk about a pain! Even though it's been several days since I've healed, I still haven't done any exercise to be proud of...just little things to keep me busy. All that to say...we can jump back on this together.
I've been watching Biggest Loser as well. With their crazy weight loss, keep in mind that sometimes they go two weeks before a weigh-in instead of the one week that we are led to believe. I just found that out recently from reading a blog of one of the previous winners. It really is too good to be true sometimes! Anyhow, this is one of my fav. shows and I am so encouraged by it.
I always wondered if it was longer than a week. I used to watch a teen weightloss show and a week ...was really 3 weeks. I did push myself in the gym more than I was before because I would think of the show and how hard they work. I don't know why they didnt workout at the grand canyon. They could of done so much. No distractions. anywho thanks for the welcome back. Im ready again to lose this weight. I hopefully will be shooting a wedding in Vegas in the spring. The bride is a model and wants me to party with her and her girlfriends. I don't want to be the chunky photographer friend ya know lol If I could lose 30 lbs by then I would be so happy. I am at 201 today. I really wish I could break these 200's.
