Thank you for all the comments! They help me to keep going. Also I've had 4 of my girlfriends ask me to help them loose weight recently..so I'm going to try and help others reach their goals while I'm still on my journey.

ps 173 lbs today and im bloated LOL I did 30 mins on the elipitcal & a mile on the treadmill. My mile has gotten so slow lol. Like 15 mins. At 200 lbs I could do a 12 minute. I don't know if it's a knee issue? I'm not that out of breath. It's my legs that hurt when I run. Oh well I will get faster..maybe?. I haven't been running in a while. I also did a pilates 20 minute video. I bought a brace for my knee. It helps so much!
My plan today is to do the "less is more" video



and 30 minutes on the eliptical & then 20 minutes doing weights. I also when out last night to a bar...water all night. I have a party tonight as well. Again I'll be the only sober one..."Lea It's worth it... It's worth it" I really have to repeat that over and over again. I found myself smelling my friends drink last night. lol I do miss the alcohol...

Ok so I know these are awful,but they are the newest photos I have. I just got my new iphone today so I tried it out. Forgive my blank stare and my "trying too hard" kiss. As well as the fact that my bathroom is a complete mess...I do clean it..sometimes. 66lbs down..35-ish lbs to go.

Psh... I am 162 and I wish I had your body! You look great!

It sucks to be around people drinking when you cannot :/ Why not have like 1 or 2 vodka and tonics? Vodka has the least calories and for two you could get away with like 100 calories.

I was trying to go cold turkey but that might be a good idea. I LOVE vodka though so I am worried that I might go crazy with it if I start. We will see how I do. I'll keep you posted...if I end up posting at 4 am tonight you'll know that I went over board on the vodka. ; )

ps.hunny I am so much bigger than you(I just looked at your pic) and you have a great chest lol (not to be werid),but mine is disappearing at lightning speed. I will be an A when I am done I think. Maybe a B if I am lucky.

Hi Lea! How are things going?

I skipped two gym days : P I also had an irish car bomb this weekend(my 1st alcoholic drink in weeks). My friends 25th b-day was this weekend and the whole table got a round..at 10$ each I felt like I had to drink it. lol I'm back in the gym. I went yesterday and today. I didn't push myself like I should of though. My knee and wrist are acting up a bit. My brace is helping my knee but I feel like I now need a brace for my wrist. I am falling apart. I am worried that I was pushing too hard..I can't afford to take a brake,but I can't afford to hurt myself. I'm not sure what to do about it. I'm still at 173 lbs. I am hoping to get out of the 170's by next week. We shall see. Thanks for checking in on me. : D
 
Man I totally missed the photos you posted on May 27th. You look great! Very cute. I also like your hair. As for the aching body parts...advil and ice! That's about all you can do.
 
I just browsed through your diary... you've made incredible progress! I'm a sucker for a wedding and you looked beautiful in your photos, and now! I hope to look half as good as you when I get to the 170s!

Thanks Derrick! I wish I could do more than that. I guess I should try the ice thing. When I used to go to extreme fitness I'd lay in a tub of ice. That helped so much. I feel like I am falling apart! lol My knee is sore, my shoulder hurts when I do weights and my wrist hurts.(Its not like muscle sore..its like pain. My wrist almost feels like a sprain) I'm whinning,but it hurts dang it! Also they are all on my left side! I don't know if I push it harder on that side..or my left side was sleeping for a while and now that it's awake it's fighting the weightloss. hah I dunno.

Well I did my ballet workout video today 20 minutes...As well as jogged a mile on the treadmill and did 30 minutes on the elliptical. A commerical for blizzards came on and I swear I was almost drooling...Oh geeze what I would give for a medium cheesecake cookie dough blizzard..:drool5: I want one so bad! Oh well. Maybe I'll treat myself this weekend...

You're doing so great! What weight are you trying to get down to?

I'm thinking 140lbs...perhaps 130-135lbs depending on how my body looks then. I am not sure how it will look that low. I have never been that low as an adult. I am 5'6 and 173 lbs right now.

My knee is doing quite better..Now it's just my wrist that hurts mostly. I didn't do weights yesterday and that seemed to help : D
