177! Thank God! I hadn't lost anything in 12 days. : P I had to kick it up a notch even more. I don't know if my body is adapting to my workout routine or what. I can tell that my body is toning up. Others have noticed as well. My jeans arent really fitting anymore without a belt. I'm also way stronger than I was 6 weeks ago. I was chest pressing 30..now I am doing 60lbs. Also you can see muscle in my arms lol under the fat, but baby it's there! Even if my weightloss is just a lb I'm so happy that it's a new number that I haven't seen in years. It will be a month tomorrow as well since I've taken progress photos. I'll be sure to add them tomorrow to before,after & in between thread.
 
So instead of going to the gym today I did two videos on exercise tv. I love exercise tv!

Ballet Strength Workout ( I do this one everyday because it makes me feel good)

ok the last one was great! I was sweating and sweating after this one. I liked it though. It should get easier soon. hopefully...lol

Is ballet strength a bit like pilates? I was going to have a look at it but flash on my computer is playing up.

Thanks : ) I still have a ways to go,but I am finally seeing a difference! I was starting to feel like my stomach would never go down. Slowly but surely. Plus I figure since it's taking me a while my skin hopefully will be fine when I reach my goal

Yes it is. The floor exercises that target your tummy are the hardest for me to do. Over all though it's not that hard. I like it.
 
Thank you all. Last night I went drinking : P bad idea. I didn't gain anything though which is good. I didn't workout today either because I only slept 4-5 hours. I did well with my food today though. I'll just workout hardcore tomorrow to make up for it.

Luzdafuzz: did you get a change to check out the videos? I don't know if your flash player was still messing up. If it works its worth it to check them out. I LOVE exercise tv. I feel like I get so much of a better workout in 30 mins than spending 90 at the gym. push ups,burpies,mountain climbers and jumping jacks have that effect lol
 
spew.... I absolutely HATE mountain climbers!! My trainer usually works them into the workouts we do just cuz he knows how much I hate them lol. Mean!

They are awful! lol I'm getting better at them though. Although my knees seem to be giving me trouble lately which is not good at all. : ( NO issues at 240lbs...now at 174lbs (Yes 174 today ; ) my knees are starting to really hurt. I do a lot of things that require me to use my knees. I made my husband let me give him a piggy back ride to see if I could do it...lol He weighs about 210 I believe. My left knee gave out. I'm not really sure what I can do to fix it. I don't know if maybe braces will help?

I also went out last night for karaoke. Normally I drink 3-4 bud selects. I had water all night and I'm so glad I did. : D

Thanks for reading. Keep on me! I want to get as close to my main goal around 135 by the end of august. If I can just get to 150 by august I will be happy. I'd like to reach my goal,but I don't know if it would be healthy for me to loose that much so quickly. I tried on some of my skirts from last summer...they dont fit at all. I used to wear one of my skirts up above my belly button. I can't even get it to stay on my hips. : ) so I am making some pretty good progress this time around.

OMG- you just dropped another 4lbs? That's HUGE!! If you really push I'm sure you can make it to 150lbs by August- or pretty damn close at least!

My knees give out sometimes if I'm doing really heavy weights (my trainer is there to stop me hurting myself though) If you're just having general pain or weakness though in one or both and it's nothing serious maybe strap them before exercise? I have a weak ankle that I hurt a few years back and sometimes it just aches and it's fine if I strap it (grr I roll it all the fricken time, probably doesn't help lol)
If you're in a lot of pain though, maybe ease up on the strain on your knees for a little while? Or if you want to keep training maybe see a doctor and get a green light to keep doing what your doing. Whatever you're comfortable with. I'm not a pro so if you are in a lot of pain that last suggestion is probably the best idea lol. Would hate to see you hurt yourself now you've come so far!!

I thought it would be fun to post more fatty photos from when I was 66lbs heavier. LoL I just found them. It took 3 people to stuff me in that size 20 gown...and who doesn't want a backview of their "water wings". I don't have many before photos because I pretty much hid from the camera. I still am not a big fan of it,but im getting better. : )

You were still beautiful in the wedding pictures, of course. But you have really made great progress!

Ok so I know these are awful,but they are the newest photos I have. I just got my new iphone today so I tried it out. Forgive my blank stare and my "trying too hard" kiss. As well as the fact that my bathroom is a complete mess...I do clean it..sometimes. 66lbs down..35-ish lbs to go.
