I'm feeling psyched. .... Even though I'm losing weight, I feel like I probably need to eat more calories and get more exercise for everything to be in balance.
Yuppers... more calories and possibly a bit more exercise, dollface. It's all about creating a calorie deficit. Do you also weight train? If not, you may want to look into this, because it'll definitely help you to lose quicker and more efficiently.
