Awesome work with the run! You motivate me to want to start running. I'm so happy for you finding a significant other! I hope it all works out for the two of you! I would love it if my finance wanted to work out with me and support me the way you are! That's really something - keep it up!

My workouts! In other threads i've read minor complaints about missing my workouts, but i won't call names ( see how nice i am cord, i won't even say it was you!) and since there was a concurrence with anonymous poster's feelings, i'll bring them back. so today was a ten mile run but yesterday was weights and a six mile run. Let's see if i can recall it all. Medium day, nothing too heavy.

Pull ups- 3x10
DB curls- 2x10@40 in each hand, 1x10@45
skull crushers- 2x10@75, 1x10@95
Flat BB bench- think it was 3x10@205
Upright row-1x10@100
BB Squat- 3x10@315
Seated row 2x10@160 1x10@180

In other news, if i'm not crazy enough, i did play tennis for 2 hors tonight. time to rest up! i'll post workout in the morning.
 
ok workout for today. light day, full body, high reps, well for the most part.
Warm up- walk quarter mile

Pull ups- BW- 2x10 1x9
Decline BB bench press- 3x15@185
Dips- BW- 2x12, 1x14
lunges, 1x15@45 in each hand, 2x15@50
hammer curls 3x15@45
Bent over rows (dumbells) 1x15@55, 2x15@60
Pull overs 1x15@55, 2x15@60

Thursday

So yesterday i played 2 hours of tennis. Good times. Today was cardio only, which was a seven mile run. That puts me at 23 of the 25 mile quota i made, which is nice, since i can end the work week with a small run. Did i ever tell you guys i love fridays, because i have sat and sun off from the gym? Well, i do! lol. Don't get me wrong, i love it, but i enjoy my time off from it as well as work. I let all my hard work manifest over the weekend during rest! have a good day all.

I have a few questions about your name, if I may;

Is it your name? Or is a just a board name?

Either way how do you pronounce it? I can never remember how to spell it. :ack2:

OK. My screen name IS my name, just not in english. It's spelled as it is written in japanese, and is pronounced Clarence.

Work out for today....HEAVY DAY! I did run my final 2 miles to meet my quota of 25 miles ran this week, so i am definitely happy with that. here is the stregnth training portion.

thanks guys! the crazy part is that shirt is a MEDIUM!!! lol i never thought i would wear anything that small ever. Oh an alta, my shoulders are soo ripped now lol. I'll wear a shirt with a color next time for e more detail.. also should i post a side pic?

monday on a tuesday

well i was out with the lady so long i went straight to work from her house on modnay, so morning gym for me. However i did play two hours of tennis and went to the gym directly following after work. so here was the workout

pullups 3x10
decline bench 3x10@205
squat 2x10@315, 1x10@365
seated cable row 3x10@160
DB curls 3x10@45
skull crushers 2x10@85 1x10@95
