15 mins from Canada HUH;)LOL....

Honestly 1.5 hrs flying verses 16 hrs road trip hhhmmm...Im all for flying but we always drive...heh heh heh...

What part of Canada is 15 mins away, we are road tripping to Alberta,, Edmontonish in the summer...

I told the kids if they could find a pegasus we could go...*SIGH* What was I thinking, lol...

But I must admitt it is a Natioanl Park and looks absolutly beatiful so I will plan it and take the kids...

As far as tennis:)Ya I'd like to be oogleed at too HEH!
 
If you go through Canada be careful, I hear they eat their own babies up there!

Whats the plans with the weightloss/workouts etc when you're away. Still gonna try get stuff done or you taking a few days off?

i played a little yesterday cropping etc but its still confusing to me....i will just keep working on it.

i am well trained in word/excel/powerpoint etc but this photoshop is really difficult..it does everything!!!

OMG I can finally rest!

well guys this is it. the reset button is about to be pressed, soon as i get this tennis session out the way. i am off work today so the vacay has started. today is running around and pack/wash clothes day. i have a busy day tomorrow up until i go to the airport... so no rest yet. i did sleep in today... and woke up at 6:30 lol. The workout was cool. i had that other guys who has lost a million pounds witht he loose skin tag along with me for one of my circuits. i wore him out! lol. i tagged along with him on the elliptical, where he thought he was going to shine because he goes at resistance 17, but i was about a half mile fast and burned more calories in the 20 min, and to his credit he weighs 1 lb less, so i would burn more, but not really. hahah obviously he was impressed. he said he wish he had my muscle build. i was flattered. good times. i said my goodbyes and did a super early weigh-in, after only 4 days since the last one, but i lost 1 lb. so 269 it is! happy to be able to say i have lose OVER 60 lbs lol.

In other news the student i was mentoring in 3d modeling... well she let me down. she was lazy and unmotivated, and essentially she wasted my time. i help alot of other students who appreciated my time and efforts so it wasn't a total bust. i was told i had to review her and when i filled it out and gave it to the department chair, she looks and says, "you graded her too high!" And i said "really? i thought 1 was good and 5 was bad (it was a rating scale)" She goes "oh yeah lol, awesome, she fails!" i felt so bad, but she assure me that she deserved it and was happy that i was stern enough to be honest and not push her through. which was true, she can't be a game artist in her current state. it was bad. I was mildly offended by our last session. this is a volunteer thing. i came out there out of the goodness of my heart to help her. this all could have been done through e-mail. she didn't appreciate it. so many students want me to mentor them now. and apparently they have been telling the department chair to hire me lol. I guess it wasn't until this event that i have ever felt like an industry professional. i know i have a ton of models and animations and such all over the web for various companies, but it never sank in. it generally fun so it doesn't feel like work and whatnot. lucky me i guess! I wouldn't mind sharing knowledge, its the least i can do to give back right? sharing knowledge is one of the best gifts you can give someone, so hey, i like to share. i never worry ab out people every getting better or whatnot, because i am always thirsting for more knowledge and i am very analytical and can disect things to figure them out for my own. i am such an information whore, i need to know everything, just for common knowledge

For now my plan is to rest. once i am rested, MAYBE light workouts, my friend is also a health nut going from 210 to 160 a couple years ago. so we both are in the same boat, we'll figure something out though.

Windsor. you can see the casino from the ren cen (GM headquaters Since its on the news every 5 min for those who don't know what the Ren Cen is). Its really nice at night the way all the lights and stuff reflect of the detroit river and such. a bridge would be nice, better than going around i assume! Like i said any PS questions just shoot them my way I love to help people.
 
Last time I went to Windsor was not for a good thing...but I cant go into that here ... too personal....

hey guys, i was sick of seeing my diary go page after page behind, so i figure i'd put it back up to 1 so i don't have to look as far on sunday lol.

i am having a blast! lake is in the back yard, been boating a couple times. been relaxing and my injuries are mostly healed. no workouts though, well we did a couple streatching exercise. eating is ok, i've been just enjoying life. i'll give you guys more details later. i am going back to hiding into the shadows.... oh and good work to everyone! i see relly finailly started her new thread. hope this one is the one thta takes you all the way!

Thanx Babe - Ive been doing it so far...only fueling my body...taking on the theory it is a temple not a garbage can, have been drinking plenty of water and no pop for days:D:D:D!!!

I was gonna post in here last night telling you how much I miss you but then I got lazy and forgot ot find down your diary...

When on the island the lake was 10 mins away from mom and dad not as close as you but it was super nice!!!

i'mmmmm baaaaack!

hey peeps, i'm back in michigan, ready for round two of this weight loss journey. I am really tired so not much typing to night, but i am just buffering my thread for tomorrow and such. The plane ride was absolutely comfortable. The seat belt went on with tons room to spare, i wasn't bumping the person next to me, and the tray could come down and out without my gut sitting on top of it lol. it touches if i pull it all the way out, but it doesn't have to rest on it. that was great. tons of outings on the boat looking at the stars at night and just relaxing in this HUGE house. the wedding on the lake was very nice and thank goodness it didn't rain. It was pretty much just relaxing. i came home and went stright to the courts today, and i feel really good. so i can't wait to hit the gym tomorrow to see what all this rest did for me. talk to you cats later!
 
rough start

hey guys, just got back from the gym, I said i was only going to do 2 circuits, to just get back into things this week, but that was even too much. maybe it was because i didn't eat early enough or something, but i barfed. crazy. No weigh-in this week, i want to give my self a week to try and get back to where i was lol. I know i gained something, we ate like spoiled kids hahah. no matter i figure i would make it up this week with the difference in cal intake. i'm hoping next week to see 267 or something. which would be fine i think. actually i need more than that if i want to be in the 250s by july, oh well, maybe i'll manage calorie intake to make sure i am on track the next couple weeks. we'll see. got tennis this evening anyway, so hope all is well.

I skip weigh ins now and then too... i get bummed if they dont say what i want them to... so sometimes rather than get myself in a funk... i work real hard so that when i do go weigh in... i see what i wanna see!!! hehe

i keep forgetting to post! Its been really busy at work, so i have been in the zone! Yesterday i didn't go to the gym (gasp!) I decided that i would get the extra hours of sleep in instead. This next half of the year will be more about watching what i eat more and not working out as much. I was really worn out and i don't want to get back to that spot. so i want to work a little bit smarter, and not as hard! anyway got to the gym at 5 did two ciruits and core today. I still need to eat mroe to put in 3 ciruits, but i am thingking of doing two circuits and a half hour of cardio. I think i am getting a tad too bulky, so i want to lose a little more a little faster or something. this week will be just a simpler version of what i was doing to get me back on the grind. tomorrow i go to cedar pointe for a bachelor party so that should be good! sorry melissa if i let you down. Are we friends on facebook? because that was my status update up until 10 min ago, that i was back to my regularly scheduled program... or maybe we have psychic link! Thanks relly. its always good to hear (read) your kind words :) oh and melissa, if we aren't we should change that. pics of me are uploaded regularly by other people, and that's the only way you are going to see updated pics of me lol. there are even a couple from my trip. talk to you guys soon.
