ok ok i am back! tennis was awesome! i was rusty as ever, but i was getting back into the groove towards the end of out session. yesterday i relaxed... something i hadn't done in 6 weeks. and it was nice to have a day off from the gum.

Tennis is my absolute fav, I havent had a chance to get out ther eyet, I thouight the weather was promising but it wasnt, lol.I play wiht my girls as well, they love tennis.It is an awesome work out and makes me feel great!!!I too will be rusty as it has been ages since I played...I belive we played up till and throu Oct....

i forgot to mention... the worst thing about cardio days, and today especially, is my shirt.
Man its like i bathed with it on! It literally can be rung out it is so soaked with sweat! i could fill a pool in a couple weeks! well. a kiddie one anyway... but yeah craziness!

Yup. Spaghetti legs. That is the result of today's leg workout. A lot of work indeed. I hope this week i am not as sore as i was last week after doing legs. am still dealing with my back from monday's chest and back workout. I feel great, other than wobbly legs! ah, the joys of a good workout....

You are very dedicated adn that is awesome, Im not sure if I could work out so early in the morning thou, I mean I do Yoga here in the early am but Im already up adn not waking up at the crack of dawn to go to the gym...

well here i am... another day down. today's carsio day was better than tuesday's,surprisingly. i ened up with a total of 9.03 miles in my 65 min, and the woman on the elliptical next to me was in shock. she was thoroughly impressed. made me happy. i talked to a guy at the gym who is pretty much in a race with me to get below 300. he started at 391 and is at 302 now, so its gonna be close. i feel quite good about this week, so i have high hopes for next week, but not too high. catch you guys later.

You will def be down that lb next weight ina nd prob then some, aweeome work on the elliptical, I miss the elliptical...I use to pump out like 17 miles onthat puppy in 90 mins or so...

Its going to be sunny and 40 degrees, so because we are so hardcore tennis may be in the forecast. today as an early day, as i am already at work. want to start the weekend off early so i went in early. was at the gym by 5:30am, out by 7, and at work by 7:25. not bad, not bad..

ICK LOL...We use to play tennis in the rain it was interesting but exhilirating...

Too bad we didnt live closer we could play together;)

I talked to my oldest and told her I want to start playing agian very soon...

oh i weigh in every monday. i am looking forward to it. i really hope to see a 2 as the first number on the scale, but if not no worries, there is always next week!

man o man. as i posted in m marie's diary (i've been hyjacking diaries all day) i went to fuddruckers. i feel like crap. barf barf. man bad idea. very bad. was good, but not in the long run. lesson learned. now if you will excuse me,:puke:

so ti was 35 degrees, but we still played tennis. and it was great. once i warmed up (literally and figuratively), i was back in my old groove. it is so nice to be back on tgeh court. my whole body is sore now, so i am doing some serious relaxing now. tomorrow is supposed to be 10 degrees warmer, so we'll be back for more tomorrow! good times indeed!

on another note. my stamina is 100x better than it was last year when i played. i would be full recovered with in 30 seconds of finishing a rally! i also were getting shots that i KNOW i would not have made it to last year, i actually over ran most of them. just give me more motivation to keep doing what i am doing!

so here i am again. guess what i did this morning? mutha effin' tennis! i love it. 2.5 hours. oh. my .god. i was all good until i stop then everything caught up to me and now there is a picture of me in the dictionary next to the word lethargic. but man did i have fun. i am totally convince that my speed and stamina have both increased! i was chasing down balls like no tomorrow and was getting second winds in no time. well i have a birthday celebration to attend, i''l be back late late tonight or tomorrow morning. have a good saturday all.
 
well i am back. yesterday and today was good. had fun at the party. had good times bowling, and enjoyed time with the family. did my 65 min on the elliptical, and hit 9 miles again. i indulged in some chocolate eats on sat because of a birthday celebration. today was another, but i passed on the cake and such, just salad and grilled chicken, of course no dressing on the salad.. talk to you guys tomorrow.

a new chapter begins!

well i had to weigh in today since i forgot yesterday... 297! weeeeeeeeee are the champions, my friendsssss and weeeeeeeeee'll keep on fighting to the enddddd. anyway, another 3 down. i think i figured out the problem anyway. it was buying lunch at work. i was eating more than i normally ate without realizing it. all is well now and i am a happy camper. anyway. i did another 65 min/9 miles of cardio on the elliptical, as usual. i'll be back once i get settled in here at work.

ST. wacky's day

well today i got my tennis in and i played horrible, i got the exercise in so i won't complain. had an extremely crazy night, that involved younger friends, the police and the hospital. crazy. going to bed exccesively late because of it. have a good night all!

ok. so i have overworked my lower back. i couldn't workout today. i have decided to make this my rest day and try for sat. to make up for today. it is so unbelievably sore, man o man. oh well, maybe my body us telling me to rest a little more.

yeah i wish... anyway. another day with a bum back. i decided just to not chance and give my back the whole day to itself. 2 days in a row with no workout is crazy! but maybe my body was telling me to slow down a bit and i am listening now. so when it heals i'll be back at it, which i hope is tomorrow. i'm sure we'll be replying to each other's threads throughout the workday, so i'll chat you soon!
 
How's the back holmes? any better? what about those thermacare patches..... i know ive used them and LOOOOVE them. Anyways just a thought.
