NICE! how ironic i also game on a 52 inch LCD! that is the ultimate gaming experience there. Well since i am replying, i guess i'll finish out the day. it went by fast! i ended up eating a banana, and for dinner, which i am having as we speak, it is talapia, broccoli, and a yogurt for desert. i'll be checking the other diaries now. how everyone is doing great!
 
Mmm, yum, tilapia and steamed broccoli used to be one of my favorite omnivore meals. Tilapia was the only fish I'd cook because it never left the whole house smelling fishy.

i tell you what... one of my favorite snack for when i am in between meals and DYING to eat something: GREEN BEANS..... i love em. Im sure garlic salt isnt GREAT being sodium and all... but a little garlic salt rather than butter and those suckers are YUMMMMM


way to go on that healthy dinner there. sounds like we are both a sucker for yummy food now and then. as long as we "freak out" a bit after we do that... i think we are ok :Angel_anim:

here we are, another day. Cardio day! new record! normal 65 minutes of elliptical, but i managed to log in 8 miles! afterwards my two hours of bowling followed by drumming in rockband! goodtimes. food wise, bowl of cheerios, half of subway sandwich, my mocha frapachino, one of my friends made brownies and i had one, haha, the other half of my sandwich, and here i am now, about ready for bed. weigh in tomorrow, WISH ME LUCK!

The numbers are in!!

ok guys, just got back from a EARLY morning workout. did my weigh in as well... I lost 4lbs! haha. 28 down! next monday i am confident that i will be sub-300! and 30 pounds lighter! maybe even more! anyway, i enrolled in the challenge, so i that should be fun as well. I am confident that i will continue with this success. I also wish much success to you all as well.

ah yes, thanks everyone in the challenge for the encouraging post! i look forward to motivating whoever i can!

oh and by the way, I am a dude hahahaha. I know my name seems androgynous, but its just my real name spelled in japanese.

rockband sounds like the most fun exercise ever!!!! I may need to get one of those hehe

way to go on that cardio... havent passed that 40 minute mark yet... maybe today.

Wow truly amazing ...4 lbs that must make you feel so good a sense of accomplishment and motivates you too...you are already doing so good; and the six week challenge should take you far along in reaching your goal. Hey there I am Tammy I have been on here almost 3 years now lol I took a baby break last year and my 5th child was born dec 15 now stuck with 48 lbs gained after all the baby weight lol so back at work again.I wanted to wish you all the luck and wow 28 lbs lost so far what a kick ass good start that is!!!:party:

I thought of you today when a friend suggested that we spend this coming saturday at my place playing SF4. Looks like we're going to get a bunch of us together and make an event out of it. Good times.
 
well end of another day. 65 min of cardio awaits in the morning! Dinner today was talapia and broccoli again, all fish fillets were 40% at the local supermarket, so i'll be having a lot of fish! it was great as well. thanks again everyone for the support.

Schwa, try not to play too hard, it is indeed a great game! burning fat is what i do. its has hung around for free far to long, all freeloaders must go!

think i'll go with your idea re the birthday cake. some fancy cupcakes will be lovely. its all about moderation after all...not extremes of all or nothing.
