Thought I would check in and say hello to everyone, have caught up on some diaries and everyone seems to be going along very well
I'm feeling and think I'm looking pretty good. I am still fitting into my cohens goal clothes but scales wise I am up 5kgs. I can feel how much my arm and leg muscles have developed and my legs have toned up a lot. So, I'm still feeling pretty good even though the scales aren't tell me im doing so well. My fitness is through the roof and I am currently training for the city to surf on 29 august in perth - TRYING for the 12km run
I think once in maintenance and really stepping up the exercise it's time to not concentrate on a number on the scale so much but more by how you feel and how you're clothes fit.... I do perhaps feel like I need to loose a few kg's so I am trying my best at that but just enjoying my new life =o)
