Your day was not as bad as you make it out.  I bet you just felt fuller than you usually do because you have been eating so much healthier.  
PLUS... you still managed to get on that exercise bike.

(I'm trying to find some kind of "bar" that I can keep in my car for emergencies if I happen to be out running errands and get hungry. How is the Kashi bar you had? I really like the Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal and the Kashi Cinnamon Harvest cereal, but have never tried anything else.)

		 I eat their frozen meals, cereal, snacks, and whatever else they want to throw out there. The Kashi bar that I had (Pumpkin spice) was sooo good. However, I would like to comment on Kashi's ability to disguise the word "sugar" in their ingredients lists by calling it, "evaporated crystalized cane juice crystals." I almost choked on a whole grain while reading that!! Are they thinking we are idiots or what?!
