In fact I have to admit that I am a cheese addict....It's my crack.
 I was just looking back through my food journal and Every. Single. Day I have had cheese in some form: american, mozzarella, feta, havarti, cheddar, cottage cheese, cream cheese......hmmm this CAN'T be good for me! I know that it's in small amounts, but surely I should go a day without it every now and then!! Gonna try and work on this tomorrow and see if I can go without it for a day....
