Made a mistake yesterday saying that I would not have cheese today. I had it for breakfast, lunch and snack today...and the day is not over yet.

Hmm, guess I won't be saying that again.

Snack:1 serving of "Parmesan Garlic Triscuit Thin Crisps": (140) 1 serving of "Light Garlic and Herb Laughing Cow" cheese (35) 1 cup of grapes (110) Ice water with lemon,mint,cucumbers,and ginger...mmmm
...so far:1000 calories. no dinner yet and will prob. have a snack after dinner.... will prob. end up with a 1700-1800 calorie day.
