Hey all!
First of all, please excuse any spelling mistakes/silliness in this post, it is 3am here in UK and I just got back from a looooong night and morning drinking and dancing and being generally naughty and I am still drunk right now writing this, but I want to get it down before I go to sleep!

700 (a lot, I was so tempted to play down how much I drunk but I am gonna be completely honest with you guys!)
Total calorie intake = 2058
Food fantastic but alcohol, not my frientd! Never mind, I haven't been out for MONTHS so don't worry too much!! Not gonna beat self up.
Calories burned today
Including BMR, normal day to day stuff, plus almost 2 hours walking (in anticipation of how much I was gonna drink tonight!!), plus over 2 hours dancing in club =
3300 burned
Calorie deficit=2058-3300=1242
Goal is 1458 so I was 216 cals off today (thanks to alcomahol!) which in theory means I need a calorie dificit of 1674 to make up for it tomorrow, I'll decide int he mornning when my head is clear if that is a sensible goal or not!!
