Gonna log todays cals in and out now, coz am going out soon, aquarobics then to boyfriends. Gonna be honest here!
Breakfast
Sultana bran+milk 200cals
Lunch
Crackers 220
Choc bar240

Choc brownie 370
[oh I feel like a pig writing all that down! Never mind, tomorrow is another day!]
Dinner
Veg soup 90
Supper (to be eaten at bout 9.30 if I'm hungry!)
Banana 100
Spesh k bar 90
Total cals in 1670
Exercise
45 mins water aerobics (to be done at 8.30) Burns 214 cals
1hr 10mins walking, in bits and pieces thorughout the day (does that still count just as much? If you walk like 7 lots of 10 mins, like I have today??!!) Burns 332cals
