I have been very good today as promised!!
(I have no breakfast but 3 meals at odd times of day on a sunday, coz I work 3pm til 10)

(Thats good and within my goal tho I feel like I've eaten loads today! Just goes to show how much you CAN eat when you make healthy choices I guess!!)

For those of you who have been following my swimming progress, my second lesson went fantastically well!! I actually wsam 3 lengths!! (3 x 25m) not quite without stopping, but nearly. My swimming teacher housemate says I was silly to have said I couldnt swim coz I can, I just need a bit more confidence and practise!!!
I'm weighing myself in the morning (its midnight here now) and I'm a little nervous!! 5 out of 7 days this week I have been very good, and I didn't go TOO crazy on my naughty days. And I have done more exercise this week than I think I ever have!!! Yet I don't feel I've lost much

Oh well we'll find out in the morning I guess, I'll let you know!!
