Kez's new diary!!!

Oh guys, I think I am in need of some major motivation-the cravings are STRONG today!!!!! I want cake and doughnuts and chocolate and ice cream and all those naughty things!!!!

It will be worth it to resist. I am the one who decides what goes in my mouth and I decide not to indulge these cravings!!! (oh it would be so good though... mouth waters...)
 
hmmm it might be difficult to resist all at once. what i do is to plan out my calories so i can still hv my snickers bar. is that gonna work for u?

BE STRONG!!! ;)
 
Hey, little question for you guys-I know salt is not good for your heart etc, but does it slow down weight loss too?
 
First, yesterday, when I didn't post!! Was an OK-but-not-great day, food wise, coming in at pretty much slap bang on 1500cals. Also OK-but-not-great for exercise, walked a lot as usual, and did some weights, but no gym.

THEN in the evening, I went out to pub, had several drinks and ate a sarnie and 2big bits of swiss roll-oops!!! So I figure my final calories were over 2000 :( But not DRASTICALLY over :eek:

Anyway, it doesn't really matter seeing as I have MORE than made up for it today!!! See if you agree...

Breakfast

Chicken Jambalaya with roll 682 (thought it was less at the time)

A day to be proud of I think!!! I just hope it shows tomorrow, coz tomorrow is my official weigh day!!!!! I didn't lose anything last week, I NEED a good result tomorrow!!! Oh scales, pleeease be nice to meeee!!!!!!!!
 
Yeah I have lost 3.5pounds this week yay yay YAY!!!!!!!!

Guess my body is making up for not loosing any last week. I am very happy!!!!!!! And feel all motivated to keep doing well :D :D :D :D :D :D
 
I know I wanted to burn off the swiss roll from the day before!!!! I even turned down a lift to work to get an extra 20mins of walking in!!

hey kezzy! just wanted to say hello and that i stopped by! i'm totally impressed with your weight loss so far!! and i'm REALLY impressed with your learning to swim, that's just awesome! i've been thinking if i get a little bit more physically fit i'd like to join a swim club in my city, but i'm super nervous about it. . . . . .your posts gave me some confidence!

Hmmmmm I think I'm letting my calorie intake creep up a bit too high. 1500 is my limit, but last week or so Ive been happy with 1200cals, but the last couple of days Ive been only just under (or over in the case of today!!) my maximum limit.

But then, Tuesdays are an unusual day coz Im working ALL day and can't have a proper meal, so as you can see I kinda have 4 meals!!! So I'll be backl more comfortable under my limit tomorrow, and I'll limit my snacking too. I do have healthy snacks, but too many of them I think!!!
