I came to visit you to see how you are doing with your journey and let me just say you are doing A-MAZING! Those inches are melting it seems and im so happy for ya.
I read your diary a little back and it's so good to see that you didnt give up and that you pushed yourself, it's a great motivation for me.


Dont stop, you are doing so wonderful.
 
Aww thank you everybody. I really have lost a lot of inches in a short time. BUT let me tell you I am dreadful at the moment and wondering HOW on earth am I going to do pushups tomorrow? Had a bit of an upset tonight as my boyfriend bared his soul today. We love each other but we wonder about certain things. Anyway things are cool now, just got off the phone with him. He lives 45 minutes away by the way so we don't have the luxury of just being able to pop over. Anyway I've got a bad headache so I'm off to bed. But I Will get that workout in tomorrow I swear.

It seems like you had a rough night last night, and it's a shame that your bf lives so far away :) Hopefully the sight of a new day, brought some betterment to you!

I know you can to your pushups today! Look at how far you've come! You're doing terrific! And we all believe in you!

Hope your workout goes well! Today is my scheduled rest day, so tomorrow will be my first official day starting the body weight challenge.

Very cool. For my fourth meal today I had a boiled egg and two pieces of weight watchers bread toasted with honey NO BUTTER and it was soooo delicious. Plus I'm on about my 19th cup of herbal tea.

Benefitted by drawing a graph of my weight loss and LOOKING AT the next four weeks. Huh, I know how long that is, I just did four weeks. And seeing
that 8 weeks is halfway to 16 weeks and a person can lose a lot of weight in 16 weeks with consistent effort. Things are looking very good from where I am sitting, errr STANDING. Think I calculated I could be 158 12 weeks from now if I continued to lose 8 pounds a month. lol we'll see.

I haven't seen the 170s in a very very very long time, like 10-12 years yet I know I'm going to be there in 3 more pounds which is so doable at the rate I'm going at. These jeans are loose, my smallest pair I just zipped up fresh out of the dryer (they shrink) so size 12 here I come.

Well I'm just shittin myself from all this positivity.
 
First of all, GREAT WORK ON THE INCHES!!! :cheers2:!! I so prefer inches over pounds, but like the numbers to be gratifying as well though!! LOL!!

And I can definitely relate to the graph of it all!!! That's exactly what weight watchers does on the home page for you with the online points program. Daily, weekly you see the little graph. I see it as so methodical now, versus before it seemed difficult without caluculating the exact of it all. Are you on weight watchers? I read you ate their bread.. :) All in all, GREAT FOR YOU on the PLAN to SUCCESS!!! :D!

You have a plan. You decided. You are ready to take action. Now all you have to do is stick to it! :) I'm loving the discipline of it all!! :)

Dropped 2 pounds this morning to 180. Did not eat in the night anything last two nights. Did bodyweight routine, cleaned house for 2 hours and rode bike for 45 minutes. Meals on track.
 
2 LBS!!!! That's so freakin' awesome!!! You are nearly half way to your goal! Have you thought of what you'll do to celebrate the half way mark?

Keep up the great work - you're getting there!
 
Down 4 pounds today to 176. 4 days ago I went down 2 pounds so I am really in a good groove.

Food yesterday
grapefruit
raw coconut
toast and peanut butter

navel orange

tuna casserole
large jar raw vegetable juice

4 weight watchers toast and honey

Like I said, vegetable juicing is the bomb.

That is awesome Kelly! I can only imagine what that must feel like, reaching a zone you haven't seen in over a decade! I keep dreaming about the day I might drop into the 180's but then again, I may never need to do that. I might reach my body fat % goal before 189 anyway. Nonetheless, I still remember how happy I was to drop below 200 a couple years ago. Again I am looking forward to that this time around. Keep on going and don't let any small jumps go to your head.

Can you believe that after this weekend we are half way thru the body weight challenge for this month???

176 on scale again today. Looking and feeling leaner. Getting compliments. Feeling good enough physically that my new gardening job seems okay!
