Okay. I went to town on the almonds last night. Didn't count how many. 40?50? Not sure what's the best thing to do in this circumstance.
Here's how I'm handling it.
Less hungry for breakfast so I'm drinking a jug of tea. I must be dehydrated because its going down fast. I'll wait for the hunger signal to kick in and then start the day's meals. Its too discouraging to add it to today's calories so I'm going to stick 40 almonds on to yesterday's calories. Like to start each day with a fresh slate. Any comments?
So here's what I've come up with - thanks Steve.
15 calories x 188 pounds = 2820 maintenance calories (with exercise component) A 20% deficit would be 2250 calories.
So since I started charting I have been in some deficit every day and that might explain the pound lost two days ago.
I have been wanting to find a way to see a deficit each day that I"m working so hard on this and this will work. Gonna fix my chart.
