alright... weekends suck for me!!!

today -
bkfst: some fresh fruit, cup of tea, 3 pastry bites
lunch: small sub w/ chips and sprite
snack: tons of snacks =( and a coke and a mountain dew
dinner:

total cals: not counting
h2o: bad
exercise: bleh

I have no restraint on the weekends - but I if i can stick to my week schedule, i'll be fine! (i hope!)
 
Dun worry... you'll be fine. Sometimes u need a jumpstart by eating more than usual. It works for me. In fact I lost 2 pounds this week even though I had a heavy Western meal (bbq wings, fries, salmon and heavily dressed salad!!!!) one of the nights. Just keep up with your workout!:D *do the cheer dance*
 
Weekends suck for all of us, but if you can make the weekdays work and don't totally blow the weekends you'll get there.
 
alright... this week has been rough on me - I dont really remember my food from yesterday and I have been eating out too much... but here goes for today

bkfst: oatmeal (120,20)
lunch: 1/2 order fajitas + chips and salsa (650, 250)
dinner: jr. bacon cheeseburger, fries, frosty :( (1130,390)
snack: brownie (250,100)

ACK!
I drank enough water... and got in 1 hour on the eliptical this morning... so lots of exercise, but food was horrible!!!
 
alright... the last three days were bleh and I felt bleh, but today is a brand new day!

bkfst: special k (160,10) + apple juice (110,0)
lunch: spicy black bean burger (140, 36) on 1 slice white (90,10) + corn (100,10)
snack: (party at work... tried to be good!) carrots, cherry tomatoes, fig & strawberries, cheesy bread w/ butter, bagel chips w/ dip, 2 cookies - calories who knows, but I tried hard to fill up on carrots and tomatos!
snack2: 1/2 bag popcorn (50,0) + fresh fruit - pineapple, honeydew, grapes (100,10)
dinner: mushroom & white bean stew w/ grilled tuna over couscous (325, 10)
dessert: cheesecake slice (ack)

total cals: 1075,86 (without party snacks or cheesecake)
fruits & veggies: 2 (apple juice)+ 1 (corn)+ 1 (carrots) + 1 (tomatoes) + 2 (ff)
h2o: 32 oz +32
exercise: 30 min elliptical, 30 min weights

okay... good and bad yesterday, that's how it goes!

bkfst: special k w/ skim (160,10) + tea (8,0)
lunch: leftover couscous stuff (325,10) + fresh fruit (100,10)
snack: (over 4 hours) few handfuls of dark chocolate covered raisins & dark chocolate covered almonds (80,25) + (120, 60)
dinner: tuna, rice, corn mixture (450,95) + cup of tea (8,0)
dessert: low fat vanilla ice cream (200, 60)
snack: turkey on roll (130,45)

total cals: 1581, 315
h2o: 32 oz
exercise:
f&v: 1 (shrooms & beans) + 3 (ff) + 1 (corn)

I didn't do too bad today! considering I felt like I was snacking all afternoon... luckily b/c it was one all of those small raisins and almonds, it wasn't that bad =)

dinner: 2 drinks, 3/4 of a big cheese burger and some fries (but not nearly half)
snack: some popcorn (50,10), a beer (120,0) and a white russian (?)

OH! and I lost another 1.5 lbs this week!!!

the really yucky part... my rings need resized!!! just losing some of that water weight and losing a bit of fat - my fingers aren't as chubby and my engagement ring keeps falling off =( I need to get it resized!
 
alright... I have family in town and they took us out to eat tonight... so I felt like I could splurge a bit... especially since I have been doing good weight wise...

I think that I can afford a few crappy nights of eating if I just focus on my exercise... the working out that I am doing has been making out for the food I put into my body... and really the reason that I gained a bit over the summer was due to my lack of exercise =)

Our next "Halloween" challenge is to exercise 30 min a day... while this weekend it will be rough, during the week I will definately be able to get in at least 30 min a day - if not an hour... so I"m really excited about that! I just need to keep it up!
 
You can definitely afford the occassional splurge if you don't overdo it. I think it's a key to successful weight loss.
 
weekend was alright... I ate lots of crackers and fresh veggies, but also cheese and some cheesy/sausage bites... and I had a few drinks on Saturday night as well... but overall, I didn't splurge that much!

No exercise this weekend, but I did get to the gym this morning!

snack: coffee (80,50) + ff fig newtons (200,0)
snack: banana (100,5)
dinner: panera crispani (480,190)

Ok girl I want us to go all the way! You are rocking and I am here now3 so lets rockkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk 1.5 pounds is awsome lets do it! I missed you so much and I am glad You are ready to go for it!!!!!!!!!!
