did you get back to the gym hun??? Its ok, you don't have to go EVERYDAY...lifestyle changes are about slow, but permanent changes, you know? Can't have a great day everyday, just keep at it!!

no - the gym this week didn't see me except for monday... I've been out of it and haven't felt like getting out of bed at all this week :( I'm hoping I'll feel better this next week!

I did post a loss of another pound however (and i have no idea how that happened). I didn't even pay attention to what I was eating in the past two or three days - but i guess it was not that bad.

today - hopefully back on track...

I have been eating a ton of soup this past week - mostly b/c i have a sore throat and cold... I'm starting to feel a little better now though.

I think i'm just going to stick with the challenge the halloween challenge for now - I have so much going on and have been having problems even getting that stuff done =( I'm working hard on getting my butt in gear for next week!

The wonderful fantastic news is that my fiance and I might actually be working on a wedding date and real true plans! We know where we are having the reception (the hard part) and are now just deciding between my church and a museum for the ceremony, depending on dates and costs... yay! It will either be June 2 or Aug 4...

Besides that, I'm feeling a little bit better. I worked a 14 hour day on Sunday and was starting to feel crummy and since then I have been totally sniffly and coughy and spacy. I'm starting to feel a bit better - but the weather got cold, so nothings totally better. =(

I am going home to visit my fam this weekend though, so I'm totally excited about that. I need it!
