okay - scratch ALL of the above... except for breakfast and lunch I did HORRIBLE today!!! I forgot totally about coffee hour on campus, and had 1/2 bagel and a donut... so that's like an additional 400 calories right there...
then, I was starving this afternoon, and at work, someone brought this snack mix to a meeting... without realizing it I had quite a few handfuls... probably another couple hundred calories (it was frosted cheerios w/ life, raisins, cashews, m & m's.. you get the picture)
So now I'm kicking myself... last night fast food and today all of this extra eating outside of my perfectly good plan... I just have to get my $%!# together and do better next week. I think that because I have done so horrible already, I"m just going to go tonight, enjoy the party, not worry about it, and then tomorrow MAKE SURE that I go for a run/hit the gym... I'll start back up with my healthy goals/plan tomorrow as well...
Anyone know when the next challenge is starting? I think I'm going to need some small group motivation and support!!!
