Sounds great Katie, but watch out for the trail mix. I was shocked at the calorie amounts in some of them!!! Have a good trip and be careful!!!
 
I KNOW!!! it really depends on what kind you get... i got my trail mix at a local organic store (so expensive) - and 1/4 cup is 130 cals! - but that is roughly two very small handfuls... i usually try to eat the trail mix one nut or piece of fruit at a time... instead of just throwing a handful in my mouth (like I would have done before)

oh girls... haven't been doing so well since i made it home... my mom LOVES to bake goodies for the holidays - so it has been fudge and carmel corn and date balls and chocolate covered this and nut dipped that... AHHHH!!!! Plus it is so cold here and there is like a foot of snow on the ground, so running isn't really an option.... I need to try to make it to the gym!!!!

My schedule is really messed up b/c my fiancee works 2nd shift and we stay up until about 4am... so as of 5pm today, all I have eaten is a pb&j sandwich... hmmm... should probably eat something healthier!!!

Hey Sweetie just wanted you to know that you are in my thoughts. Hope you are having a great time with your family. Stay away from those sweets...Bad katie. If I were there I would slap your hand...LOL.

thanks everyone for checking in on me... the holidays really haven't been that bad to me and I have maintained my weight fairly well (which is really amazing since I haven't offically exercised yet since I have been home!) I'm hoping to get some workouts in in the next week b/c we'll be doing alot of packing and moving to get my fiancee ready to move. I have done alot of walking as I have shopped though, which has probably helped.

This weekend I have four more christmas celebrations, so this will be the toughy... if I can workout before and after I'll be doing good.

I bet you are excited about him moving in, not long now. :eek: I have been reading back over some of our diary’s and wow we have all changed and lernt so much over the last 12 months, can you believe what our lives will be like in another year, I cant wait to see.:D

Isn't being at home horrible? It feels okay to eat and be lazy for some reason. I totally fell back into old habits when I was home and I was so mad at myself. But now I'm back in action. You'll be okay--just think about how you want to look in your wedding pictures!
